Punit is really a super-host, helpful and very supportive and available all the time if you are in need, he know all about this place, his awesome family is a plus point about this place. This is a unique spot to stay. Take at least more than one night here. The room with river view is gorgeous, spacious. We loved watching birds, mongoose and even two jackals in the river bed, early morning. The place is about 20 minutes by riksja outside Sasan Gir. The owners will help you arrange any transport. We arrived by taxi, and were guided by phone - and even by the owners son on the motor- to the home stay. A good Indian breakfast was included. We enjoyed lunch and dinner mostly at the home stay for reasonable prices. Lovely to eat good vegetables! For English speaking guests like us, communication is sometimes difficult, but Savdas, if he is not around, will help immediately through Whatsapp (do bring your own sim card, there is no wifi). We really recommend this strongly for everyone who is not traveling by 5 star hotels only. Country side, sweet people, wholesome quiet... nothing can beat this experience! Thank you Savdas, brother and wife for this beautiful memory.

All in all - it was a perfect family place to stay with excellent hospitality! We had such an amazing time - it is beyond comprehension! Pyarali’s parents were our hosts and they were truly incredible! They took such great care of us - which cant be explained in words.. After a long, tiring journey from Rajkot airport to Pyarali’s place, we were welcomed with such warmth as well as delicious, hot, freshly prepared, home cooked food place which was such a blessing! The bungalow, the farm views, the freshness we felt in the air, the walk around the home grown farms etc… all of it was simply impeccable!! Can’t recommend this enough and for us, we will return here for sure…! Par Excellence is right here!!

This is not just a farm stay in the wilderness but a home! The hospitality is fabulous, the location is bordering the core forest area and the food is just brilliant. This place is run with a lot of passion, humility and dedication. I would recommend this for everyone visiting Sasan Gir. This is one of the best choices I have ever made in Air BnB.

A wonderful place to unwind and relax in a beautiful setting overlooking the river. Only five minutes walk from the waterfall. Very friendly staff that makes wonderful food from local ingredients. The owner is a very interesting and knowledgeable person to talk to. He knows everything about the local flora and fauna, particularly the many birds in the area. If you are lucky, you might even get to see a lion in the area!

Savdas' homestay is off the road from the Gir and about 4km from the Sasan Gir Safari office. The farm is maintained by Kanabhai, who is the brother of Savdas. The farm is located right next to the Hiran river and is very picturesque. Kanabhai is very cordial and helpful. He gave us a tour of the farm and explained the organic farming techniques. Food was provided at an additional cost and was very tasty. Communication with Savdas was very easy and the responses were always prompt. Due to the location, it might get colder at night compared to the nearby towns & villages. Future guests should make appropriate arrangements for the same ! I recommend Savdas' place to fellow travelers !

Excellent hospitality by Mr Savdas and location of the place is also awesome. I saw some reviews mentioning about bad roads while reaching the homestay , to be honest I have seen worst state highways compared to that road and when when you travel to internal places as these homestay you can expect patch of bad roads. Finally the kathiyawadi foodwas so delicious. Highly recommended place for staying.
