kladi new house is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road{u can come with any car} about 1km between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min. We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.

Evelen Studios(Ground floor)

Evelen Studios are located at a distance of 300m from the beach in Sarti. It is a smaller, family object which has a total of 4 studios on the first floor and 4 studios on the ground floor, and all of them are renovated in 2016. Studios are situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches. All the studios are two-bedded (double bed). When necessary, in all the studios can be added one extra bed for a third person or a child.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this central area,just 30 m. from the main square of the village and the beach with many taverns, beach bars, cafes, shops, which are at your disposal 7 days a week. The bed is queen size, the mattress has a memory foam for a comfortable, relaxing sleep. Kitchen is big and fully equipped. The bathroom spacious and modern. The balcony offers views of Sartar and Mt. Dragudeli.

Kritamon 4 is located in a quiet neighborhood near the beach and in the center of Neos Marmaras. A 40m2 apartment that has it all. Its balcony is large and with a wonderful view of the sea of Neos Marmaras to enjoy your coffee or drink. If you choose to wake up early in the morning you will enjoy the sunrise from the slopes of Mount Meliton.
