beautiful apartment, great reception (very helpful), the only issue is that the walking distance to Taksim square is with very huge slope, Deniz responded swiftly during booking and after our arrival.

المكان مريح ونظيف ومُرتب .. يوجد شطاف في الحمام .. والتعامل جداً راقي .. الموظف احمد تعامله مره رائع ماقصر ويانا من اول يوم الى يومنا الأخير .. واجهتنا مشكله في اليوم الأول وحلاهااا في اسررع وقت .. واي شي كنا نبغاه يتجاوب ويانا وعلى طوول يسويه .. الف شكر ليه ولتعامله

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.☺️ Die große Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit bequemen Möbeln und einem großen Badezimmer. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in Istanbul perfekt nutzen. Adam unser Gastgeber war sehr Verständnisvoll, bemüht und freundlich, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal an der Reception war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße, Miri und Alex

Nice place to stay with friends and family !

The apartment is spacious, plenty of space for the family of 5. A little too far from the subway, walking up the hill, but the bus station is close by and convenient to get to. If traveling with kids, 2 playgrounds are very close and benefitted us a lot. The host responds quickly and had been helpful with all the questions prior to our arrival.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

Appartamento come nelle foto. Ottimo per comitive di 6 persone. Tre camere da letto e due bagni nuovi; un salone e cucina ampio. La terrazza del piano superiore è ottima per un relax al sole. C'erano alcune mancanze nella casa che sono state prontamente colmate dal tempestivo intervento dell'host. In generale, la posizione è buona seppure può risultare scomoda la salita che porta dall'appartamento fino a piazza taksim per chi ha serie difficoltà motorie, quindi attenzione solo a questo. Ascensori, acqua ed elettricità sempre perfettamente funzionanti. L'appartamento è al confine tra la zona nuova di taksim ed una zona un po' più popolare ma questo non crea nessun problema in quanto la zona è, in generale, super sicura sia il giorno che la notte. Un po' di rumore dalla strada (istanbul, in generale è caotica) ma ultimo piano e insonorizzazione delle finestre hanno mitigato questo aspetto. Chiedete all'host consigli su dove andare, trasporti, etc..., vi sarà sempre d'aiuto a 360°.

السكن مرتب و عائلي ، مكانه واضح وآمن و تسجيل الدخول و الخروج كان سريع و سهل .. المطبخ يحتوي على الادوات الاساسيه كما يوجد غسالة ملابس .. يوجد مصاعد و سريعه و كبيره .. يوجد مكيف اسبليت في الصاله و واحده من الغرف . كما يوجد مطعم صغير للمخبوزات و مأكولات داخل المبنى ( لم أجربه لكن كانت رائحته رائعه ) يوجد مطعم اخر للساندويتشات في نفس المبنى يمكن الوصول له بالخروج من المبنى لكنه ملاصق قمنا بتجربته وهو لذيذ .. كما يوجد بقاله على بعد مترات قليله بعد محطة الوقود مباشرة .. المضيف راااااااااااااائع متعاون جداً و يتجاوب بسرعه ، تم التواصل بغرض اصلاح الاضاءه و تم ارسال موظف بسرعه و حل المشكله . اوصي بشده بالسكن و سيتم العوده لاحقاً بكل تأكيد ..

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Fikir tepedeki residencelardan biri manzarası harika kocaman bir terası var ev çok kullanışlı ve büyük ve temizdi araçsız gelmiştik biraz metrodan yürüdük sadece ama taksiyle daha kolay. Sıcak atmosferi olan havadar bir ev sadece bazı bakımsız tamire ihtiyaç duyulan bina sıkıntıları var herşey harikaydı teşekkürler

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Der Gastgeber war sehr Freundlich immer erreichbar und wenn man Hilfe brauchte direkt gekümmert.Super Gastgeber,immer wieder gerne komme ich zurück..Es war alles da was man im Täglichen Leben brauchte.Vielen Lieben Dank für die yzeit und Hilfe.

Enjoyed staying at Eyo’s place. Very clean beddings and towels. It is very close to a lot of things that you would like to walk to. The Tophane tram stations is within minutes of walking distance. Also, very helpful staff members.

Wir waren mit dem Service im Haus sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles sonst in Ordnung. Der Balkon war nicht ohne Schlappen nutzbar. Sehr schmutzig leider. Weiße Socken tragen ging in der Wohnung leider nicht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen nur mit der Voraussetzung das die Wohnung beim hinsehen vor Ort auch gründlich sauber ist. Vielen Dank.

We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !
