Die Kommunikation mit R&F ist unkompliziert. Antworten bekommt man in Kürze. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll gelegen. Die Aussicht aus jedem Zimmer und sogar vom Bad sind ein großes Plus. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Allerdings ist sie sehr spartanisch und lädt nicht zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und duftete angenehm.

Il est rare de trouver un lieu exceptionnel comme celui-ci. L’appartement est très propre, très utile et grand. Les hôtes sont top et l’entrée indépendante permet de se sentir comme chez soi. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Giovanni’s place was exactly what I was looking for in the area. The host and his family were very friendly and helpful with local tips. Check in/check out was smooth. The place itself is newly refurbished. It’s spacious and cozy, with a little balcony with some nice views. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend it!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Stefanos Appartment. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und in 20 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und Supermärkte, Cafés und eine Bäckerei sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man benötigt und die Dachterasse ist wunderschön. Stefano ist freundlich und antwortet super schnell, wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Davvero soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno! Apparamento splendido con una vista mozzafiato sul golfo, dotato di ogni comfort, pulitissimo e davverocurato nei minimi dettagli. Alessandro è un host disponibilissimo e davvero gentile! Sicuramente torneremo .

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro, in una via pedonale ricca di locali e ristoranti. La casa è molto accogliente e pulita. Il soffitto con travi in legno dona un tocco antico

The apartment is superb - a large open-plan space in an excellent location near the beaches and close to the old town. Francesco was a great host - quick to reply to any questions, and clear instructions to check-in. Highly recommend.

Our host Simone (Tiziane's son) was extremely responsive and very nice, he answered to all my questions and always trying to help. the apartment was fully furnished too bad it didn't have a dishwasher but this was not important. there was parking next to coop always available which was 4min from the apartment. They even offer beach ⛱️ that was very useful to just borrow. in general we had an amazing stay and the apartment was fully equipped and matched our expectations.

Ottima posizione per spostarsi a piedi e comunque vicino a fermate dei pullman per andare in spiaggia. Ambiente confortevole e pulito.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt je länger desto mehr schätzen und lieben gelernt. Wir verbrachten 14 Tage hier und wir vermissten gar nichts! Wenn wir von unseren Ausflügen und Abenteuern zurückkehrten, war es jeweils wie ein Nach-Hause-Kommen.Wir schliefen in guten Betten, hatten ein grosszügiges modernes Badezimmer zur Verfügung und die Küche ist modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Ich liebte die tollen Messer und die neuwertigen Bratpfannen in allen Grössen! Von allen Fenstern geniesst man eine freie Sicht aufs Meer. Wir haben oft auf der Terrasse gegessen und dabei den Schiffen zugesehen. Wir haben Alessandro und Irene als äusserst liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Gastgeber kennen und schätzen gelernt. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo appartamento a Cagliari! Nonostante le frequenti piogge, il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole grazie alla generosa terrazza coperta con una vista mozzafiato. La posizione centrale vicino alla stazione ferroviaria era perfetta anche per scoprire la città. Da sottolineare Manuel, il proprietario: si è preso cura di noi e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento! Grazie, Manuel!"

Soggiorno super piacevole al B&B Angioy di Mauro! La posizione è perfetta: sei in pieno centro, con tutto a portata di mano, e in più c’è anche il parcheggio (che a Cagliari è una rarità). L’appartamento su due livelli è comodissimo, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. C’è tutto quello che serve per sentirsi a casa. L’appartamento è silenzioso e si dorme benissimo. Ci si muove facilmente per visitare la città e i ristoranti sono davvero a due passi. La mia famiglia si è trovata benissimo e abbiamo potuto goderci una vacanza che non ci aspettavamo. Consigliatissimo!

Luigi è un padrone di casa super accogliente, oltre che essere disponibile nel dare tutte le informazioni riguardo ristoranti e spiagge da visitare nei dintorni. L'alloggio è molto comodo per 1 o 2 persone e si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le varie spiaggie della penisola del sinis ed i paesetti limitrofi. A solo 1 minuto a piedi, ci sono servizi come supermercato e tabacchino. Lo raccomando assolutamente.
