We had an amazing stay at this villa! The view of the sea and the mountains is breathtaking. The welcome was exceptional, and we immediately felt at home. The in-home chefs were incredibly kind and prepared delicious meals. We had the very best time staying at this Airbnb in Mindelo! The place was spotlessly clean, sensibly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – central but still quiet – and we were able to easily get to many attractions, restaurants and beaches by bus. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly. We particularly appreciated the little touches that made the stay particularly pleasant. We will definitely be back and can fully recommend this place.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice, welcoming hostel and perfect place if you love animals

There were 10 of us (including 2 little girls) staying at Pierre's and we had a wonderful vacation at his place. The house has a lot of charm, is large and well-equipped, there is even a double rooftop with a beautiful view of the laginha beach. Pierre is super nice and full of good advice. Kizy is super nice. Love staying at Kasa Salamansa, I definitely recommend and will be back. Space is beautiful and Evaristo is a great and accommodating host.

Amazing view on mindelo bay

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The highlight of the place is the amazing sea view from the balcony. Breakfast in the morning is very generous. Lazareto is quiet and doesn't have much going on around. If you go out at night to Mindelo it has been recommended to us to take a taxi. We stayed only for one night and enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

It was a good stay. The building where the apartment is located is very modern. The apartment is super close to the beach and there is also a bus stop directly that leads to downtown and market. Within walking distance is a mini-mercado, which actually has almost everything (except sunscreen). There are also a few nice restaurants within walking distance:)

The apartment is very large with a beautiful view. The appliances and the mattress are all very good quality. Francis was always helpful and quick to respond.

We liked our stay in Moraberza de Luxe with Ursula, the apartment was large and clean and met the expectations set by the photos shown on the AirBnB site. The supermarket near the building and the ATM are super convenient. The distance to the center and the beach is easy to walk to within fifteen minutes (down) and 20 minutes up you are there.

Perfect. We had a really good stay. The flat is calm and comfortable. I recomend it definetly!

The Airbnb stay was absolutely amazing from the location being so close to the beach to having a well equipped gym inside the building along with a great restaurant. I would definitely come back to this location again I mean, I literally was scheduled for Zumba at the gym. It was super dope and I would definitely revisit this Airbnb location again. The walk to the beach is very short however, if you would like to take a taxi you can, but I walked after the first day towards the beach and beyond the beach area for food and everything.

nice, spacious and clean stay. you have no locked feeling due to the many light inside and the balconies available. Everything you need is available. you walk to the beach in no time. If you want to explore the area, you can get on the bus that stops in front of the door or grab a taxi. Plenty to do in the area: restaurants, playground, museum and the city center can be reached within 5 minutes by taxi. + clean + friendly and helpful + security available + lively environment + supermarket nearby - high stairs to get to the apartment building. (There is an elevator in the building itself. Would get a key to be able to take the elevator downstairs via garage due to the stroller. In the end, it was not necessary. - can be heard a lot of wind in the house on windy days. solved with a cloth for the grate so it could no longer be heard in the house - balcony doors couldn't be locked (no problem was 8 high)
