Chalet vacation rentals in São Roque

Whenever I put an evaluation of the places I attend, I like to think of two main points: 1. The location is what was disclosed? 2. What would I do to make it better? From the first point, I can assess that the Sítio Pauletto is exactly what was disclosed in the announcement, a place of peace, a lot of green area to rest the mind of the routine we live in large centers and the warmth of the owners with affection in everything I've seen. From the second point, I missed mosquito net screens in the windows, which would provide more comfort, given that we are in the middle of the forest and the insects get in with ease, so we need to stay all the time with the windows closed. In our chalet (Rose Number 2) we did not have a mirror in the bathroom, it stays in the bedroom, I did not understand why, but it was missed for us. Pool is too small for the quantity of chalets available. Of the rest, the place is wonderful, has a beautiful vegetation, winery, beautiful orchidarium. If you seek peace, you will find it.

The place is very cozy and spacious. The road to the house is very quiet and is very close to the wine route. João was very attentive to us. We will definitely return again.

The space is really wonderful, the surrounding nature makes everything perfect. Valéria always responded quickly and Mr. Juarez was very attentive and kind, Peter (pet) was a very affectionate sweetheart.

Very cozy and comfortable, we had a very pleasant and quiet stay.

Our stay at the cottage was very peaceful. For those who want to escape the hustle and bustle, it's the perfect place. The environment is comfortable, clean and organized, it has everything you need... I just missed the microwave, but the other items were good. I can't forget the visit to the winery, we were very well received, we were at ease... I recommend it.

Excellent stay! Ybirá is super attentive, friendly and kind, always willing to help and make the stay as pleasant as possible. Great communication before, during, and after the stay. Access to the farm is easy, and the location is close (approx. 6min) to neighborhood/region businesses (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, banks, shopping center). The space is very good, true to the listing, with plenty of green area, grass field that allows good fun for all ages, well-maintained swimming pool (although we do not use due to cold), and the possibility of barbecue on the host's balcony or next to the pool. The house is very well taken care of, has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, a very good shower (heats well), beds with comfortable mattresses, bed and bath linens that are super clean and have a laundry aroma. The kids loved the 3 dogs, super gentle and playful! We'll come back again for sure!

The space is super nice and is in a beautiful area. Raquel and Sandro are very kind and the dog Bob Dylan is adorable. The cottage is comfortable and has all the amenities for a good stay, including fast internet... for those who are working it is essential. I'll come back other times.

I had a great experience at Chalés do Rodrigo! From the first contact, the reception was extremely welcoming. Rodrigo was always very available, attentive and helpful, making us feel at home throughout the stay. The cottage was clean, well maintained, has direct access to the waterfalls, and a very beautiful nature, ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort. Hope to be back soon!

Upon arrival, the entrance to the city already drew a lot of attention, there was a sign that said EXUBERANT BY ITS OWN NATURE! And that's EXACTLY what we found. We arrived at the cottage and it was perfect, clean, cozy, quiet and peaceful. We feel the difference even in the air we breathe, the direct contact with nature, and the cottage with an incredible view of the lake. At dusk, we lit the fire in front of the cottage, and we only heard the sounds of the forest, the crickets and frogs. At dawn, we took the inner trail, which is short but beautiful. Rachel and her husband were extremely attentive. And we can't help but talk about Bob Dylan, who accompanied us from the moment we arrived, even on the trail he was with us, a great companion. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place, excellent for resting and relaxing

I was unable to stay here due to travel changes but the main feedback would be to charge the resort fee in the price as it is already not inexpensive so it should be included to make things smoother. Also, I found the host could improve on their communication style. It was not the best experience in terms of communication and I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs.

Neuria was very welcoming and we felt at home. In addition, he prepared everything with great care. We felt embraced by her welcome. The accommodation was fantastic, with an emphasis on the peace that the place provided. Great choice!

It is the second time I have stayed at Telma's property I love this place, it conveys an inner peace that only the place has, I plan to come back again, not to mention that Telma and her husband are wonderful
