Vacation rentals with beach access in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about, from the building staff to the residents, all cordial and attentive! The street in front of the apartment's balcony is busy, but the location is great, a few steps and we were already at the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

The apartment is very well located, there is everything close by, including a large mall, Praiamar, which you can walk. João always responded very quickly and we had an intercurrence only with the control of the TV that was resolved promptly. All environments were very clean and organized when we arrived. In matters of kitchen items, the apartment is very well equipped. I would definitely host again.

The apartment is identical to the photo, a beauty!!! Close to the beach, a beautiful view from the living room window. Kamila is super friendly!!! I highly recommend it!! We didn't have any issues with the stay.

The host Guilherme super gentle and flexible, the apartment was extremely clean and like in the photos. It has many useful and proper utensils for the beach. The infrastructure of the condominium is top, the pool is very good. The view is wonderful, and the area is close to the beach, my mother didn't want to leave 🤣 We will definitely come back more often. 🙏💕

Great. All as advertised. Spotless cleaning. It still had a dryer and coffee machine. Every day there is housekeeping. The condominium is Great, has free ice machine, which makes it much easier, in addition to the 24h market on the roof. Super close to the beach, I'll definitely come back more often!

Each little corner thought with very good taste and creativity, making the accommodation go beyond just resting. The only observation refers to cars that depending on the size (SUV), only one fits in the garage, but can leave the other on the street in front of the quiet garage (do not leave on top of the sidewalk, subject to a fine). ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!
