The condominium is excellent and the pool is the strong point, it is giant and the water is hot until closing time (22:00). Perfect location, easy to find, close to paradisiacal beaches and next to a cool restaurant. Karina responds quickly and has been very solicitous despite the fact that I don't even need to contact you after check in. I plan to come back soon and recommend it to everyone.

For lodging: The apartment is beautiful! Perfect! We love it. Super-equipped, spacious, quiet, very nice condo with a wonderful pool. As for the location: It is essential to go by car, as there is not much to do on foot, since the whole region needs a car to get around. No car I think it's unfeasible, already if you're by car it's perfect. The 4g internet signal in the city is very bad with several points without signal.

Our super stay was worth it! The photos and description reflect exactly what the location looks like! The apartment is a grace, the condo idem! On the side is a restaurant and is in front of a station with a service station! Ellen was super attentive with us! We'll be back soon for sure!!!

Quarto A Vista accommodation 104 at Villa Naluri, is an ideal place to spend a comfortable holiday in Japaratinga. The place is totally new and equipped with high quality elements. air conditioning in all environments, wifi, TV and parking inside the complex with security and cameras. It has a private terrace overlooking the ocean, comfortable lounge chairs, counter, minibar, crossing the street is the access to the beach Boqueirao, very nice, how detail the apartment makes it easy for you to lounge chairs and umbrella. Quarto A Vista kept in touch with all directions, from the reservation , the check-in and check-out process. Very happy with the stay. Totally recommendable. We'll definitely book this place again. 24-hour reception, they are points that add up.

We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful condominium, well maintained, practically private. Supermarket nearby and a grocery store at the condominium's door, the carpenter's center with shops and restaurants is also very close. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, clean linens, new utensils, but the windows were extremely dirty, even making a bad impression on arrival. The house near the others in the condominium is simple and with little decoration, there are better cared for and more beautiful ones. The landlord asked Mr. José (responsible for the house) to contact us on the penultimate day, saying that the gardener warned him that we had trampled on the plants, that he could imagine how it was inside his house, detail that there were no plants in the house, only some very poorly cared seedlings, the gardener was bad and wanted to blame us. It was very annoying and ended up ruining the mood, because I have great ratings in all the properties I have rented and I always take care of the cleanliness and care in the properties.

This is the third time we have stayed at this condominium, which has good infrastructure for the region. Elias' space is very well equipped and the host is always available.

Hézio was very helpful, kind, responds quickly, his house is beautiful, I went with my family and we felt at home, we would definitely come back. Close to the carpenter's village, you don't have to go far, there's everything, great pool, clean and comfortable bathrooms and rooms. The view of the beach is wonderful, close to the most beautiful beach, which is the carpenter's, we love it so much. The reception with details on the bed made all the difference, we felt privileged and delighted.

The house is the same as the listing. The sea bath in front of the house is simply wonderful. it is very well located, shops,bakeries and restaurants are very close. Carlos(host) helpful and attentive, .nos gave great tour tips. We answered we need it. Our stay was perfect. Thanks to Edjane, well kitchen (very good seasoning) in addition to daily cleaning.
