Vacation rentals with an EV charger in São Martinho

The location is perfect, the apartment is super modern, with lots of light and has all the amenities. We had some unforeseen events with a couple of small appliances, but that was fixed. In general, everything went very well!

This is a rental made with love and with the needs of guests a priority. In a smallish space everything needed has been skillfully included with taste. Even a small lit Xmas decoration awaited us, and some gifts. Unless you are tall or hope to lie out on the balcony, you will be happy to be there. Negotiating the garage is certainly a challenge to be aware of!

I stayed here during a hiking trip to Madeira and it was the perfect base. The location in Funchal could not have been better - just a few minutes walk from the marina and lots of great restaurants. There was so much to do in Funchal and everything is easily accessible from the apartment. Clean, comfortable and incredibly convenient - I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially if you’re planning to explore the island via car as it comes with a parking space.

It was a beautiful apartment, very clean and in a peaceful area. Filipe was an amazing host, very responsive and always happy to help. I would definitely recommend!

this place is absolutely fantastic we loved it hear, nicely out of the the way but still a short drive to lovely bars and resteraunts, I really couldn't recommend it high enough, what lovely people great comunication and greeting on arrival. Wonderfull

The apartment was very nice, clean, spacious and in a great location. The area is great for walking. Apartment is new and modern, perfect for two couples. The host always responded quickly to our questions and provide lots of information on things to do, restaurants, etc.

Luxury apartment exactly like the photos, super cozy and well equipped, in a quiet condominium with a sea view! The worst part was having to leave! Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic place! One of the best air bnb experiences I've had. It's on the water with windows that open up so you can hear the waves all night, the pool was heated, everything worked perfectly. They even stocked the house with some food and gifts, delivered fresh eggs every single morning, and delivered fresh bread in the morning... it was wonderful. I worked remote from the outdoor patio by the pool all afternoon and had 300-400mbs of wifi - super strong and fast internet, it has to be the fastest on the island. It's about a 15 minute walk to the pools, 20 minutes to the black sand beach - but uphill and over the point so it is a bit of a walk. But walking is better than driving because parking is very limited at the pools. Having explored all the little towns and villages within 60 minutes of Seixal - this is the best air bnb on this side of the island by far - incredible!

Everything was great and very good communication with Jörg. The house is spacious and has a great view of Funchal. We had a wonderful time!

Absolutely stunning stay! The views were like something out of a postcard—so picturesque, we almost didn’t want to leave. The house was spotless, and every detail was thought of: towels, blankets, shampoo, even spare wood for the outdoor barbecue. There’s AC in every room (though we didn’t need it), plus a washer, dryer, and plenty of supplies like soap and dishwasher pods. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive at all hours. The garage was a bonus, especially in the rainy weather, giving us extra comfort. The area itself is very peaceful and quiet, yet only a short 7-8 minute drive to cafes, restaurants, and shops. If I ever return to Madeira, this is where I’ll stay—no question.

A really lovely apartment, immaculately clean and airy with a balcony to gaze at the sea. This catches the sun from the the morning to late afternoon so a great place to enjoy a coffee or lunch. The surrounding gardens are beautiful with a range of mature plants. The swimming pool is small but really clean and well looked after - I swam every morning (very cold in January but certainly woke me up!). There are 2 other apartments within the complex - people were staying there but we hardly saw them. It was all very calm and quiet. The bed is super comfy and enormous! The shower in the main bathroom is very good. The kitchen well equipped - we did a fair amount of cooking there. NOTE: Madeira is very very hilly so although the beach is around a mile and a half away it entails a climb down of around 1500 feet - and then back up! We didn't mind as it's good to keep fit but be aware. To get into Funchal we used the bus and Bolt (reliable & cheap).

We looked long and hard for somewhere to stay in Madiera and knew as soon as we saw the listing that Gabriela's house was the place for us - and we were proved right in every way! The house itself is amazing - so much so that it became a challenge getting our kids out of the pool and into the car! You can feel the care and attention that's gone into every detail and it's the perfect base to explore Madeira. Ponto do Sol itself has a really nice vibe to it and has everything that you'd need for your stay - not least the best prego sandwiches that we had all week at the beach cafe. Gabriela and her family could not have been better hosts and made sure that our stay was as good as it could be from start to finish - from clear booking communications throughout through to helpful tips and local insights, nothing was too much for them.

Our stay was great. It was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Carla's apartment is a cozy, well-equipped place to stay in Funchal, within walking distance of the center. It's great that there is a garage and you don't have to park on the street. Communication with Carla was perfect, I can only recommend this place.

Very good week-long stay with a 19-month-old baby. Carla provided us with a crib, high chair and bathtub. Baby slept very well. Very comfortable bedding for parents!! The garage is a real plus when staying in Funchal! We were quickly in the city center on foot and even with a stroller. Carla is very thoughtful and very responsive! A lovely person as well as Miguel We highly recommend this listing 15/20 min from the airport

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Rita is a really nice, friendly owner, who was always available to help and give advices. The location of this appartment could not be better. From the sunny balcony you will have an amazing view at the ocean and the fortress. At the corner there is the really nice bar/restaurant Barreirinha. And you are a few steps away from the centre of Funchal, but there is totally no problem with noise; it is completely quiet. The appartment is clean and nice. The shower is good, the bed is also good, although a bit small for tall people like me (1m90). You will feel like home in this fantastic appartment, would love to be back.
