The house is very close to the beach. The sea is beautiful and the house is super comfortable. Robson is well organized and his house reflects this. We had a great time with the family. We were 6 adults and 3 children and I felt that the house welcomed everyone very well. We hope to return soon.

My carnival was perfect, I felt very much at home. First, I want to highlight Álvaro's full attention and warmth. Upon arriving at the house I was very well received by Mrs. Severina(wife of the housekeeper Wellignton), a wonderful lady, and a lot of requests, made me feel at home, the house was clean and impeccable, with a bed and bath . The house is huge, perfect accommodation, it's just like the Photos if not better. Easy to access, practically on the boulevard,nearby there are several pasta peaks, beautiful beaches, walks . Lastly, I loved it and highly recommend the house. Thank you Álvaro, God willing we will come back

Fabrício's house is amazing! If I go back, I'll definitely stay there again. The house is airy, well lit, the furniture is new, there are several appliances in the kitchen, as well as general purpose utensils. The mattresses are excellent, it felt like I was sleeping at my house. The condominium is safe and easy to access. It was worth the experience! We even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the house was already booked for another family. I highly recommend Fabricio's house.

The house is perfect. Nova, comfortable, clean and with all great quality and good taste. I spent the weekend with my family and we love the space. Larissa is a great host, she always responded quickly and was a lot of requests. Also stand out for the clerk Claudia who was perfect and divinely cooked. In front of the house there is the meeting of the river with the sea, so sometimes the beach is more "dark", but to a walk we find other beautiful beaches. Besides tbm be next to Maragogi and Japaratinga. Super recommend!

The house is very comfortable, spacious and organized. Everything was clean, the essentials needed for a good stay are complete and the host and his wife are kind and solicitous. Although the path that gives access to the condominium where the house is located is still not good enough, because it is under construction which makes it a little distant from the main track, it was a good experience. The closest beach to the house is not so good for bathing, but it has great beaches nearby and the city center of São José is also not far away. Would recommend!

The house matched the listing and the expected, the furniture was new and in a great state of repair. The hostess always responded quickly, demonstrated flexibility regarding the check-in and checkout and in fulfilling the requests, in addition, she sought to clarify all the questions.

Great cost-benefit!!! We went in 12 adults and stayed well accommodated. All rooms with window air and a very pleasant living space!!! The pool, the outdoors are delicious. Naldo, the homemaker, is extremely helpful. Nise, the cook, needs guidance on what to do, but cooks well. The diarista Maria Helena indicated was great, we paid separately. Near the house there are no trades. We went to the center by taxi or taking a drive on the road. At the end of the seven nights we paid R$860 of energy, which we knew was paid separately.

Zenair is an amazing host, extremely attentive and helpful, her care with every detail conveys affection with the visitor, we felt at home in this location. The apartment is super spacious, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, very useful for those who want to cook. The location is another highlight, a block from the beach of Barra Grande that, in addition to being great, allows walks with beautiful views of the other beaches in the surroundings that are also fantastic and facing the Caminho de Moisés. Certainly a stay that is very worthwhile.

Very good space, but we saw that it had been a long time since anyone had taken care of it, it looked like a poorly maintained house, but the location was wonderful, within an extremely clean and organized gated community.

Great location, almost private beach, for those looking for rest and it is about a 15-minute walk to the beach in Igrejinha. We recommend going by car and the apartment still has a cooler to make it easier to go to the beach, very good!

Wonderful apartment, with everything we needed. Well-equipped kitchen, including an electric fryer, dishes, glasses, cutlery. Enough bedding to make us feel welcome. the mattresses could be a little less stiff, but nothing that affected the stay. really as pointed out by some guests, the fact that the condominium sets up tables with chairs on the beach is a distinguishing characteristic. The beach is quiet, with blue waters like the rest of the region. Some seaweed, which doesn't bother me that much. The stones in the shallow water bothered us a little, but inherent to our stay, which was wonderful. Mrs. Veronica was very helpful throughout the stay and communication with her was always very good. I definitely recommend her as a host. Some messages from the host Alexandre are somewhat "dry." several prohibitions sent promptly answered by us were not respected by most guests at the location, such as drinks in the leisure area. Mrs. Veronica made check-in and check-out flexible.

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

Our stay in Carneiros was simply wonderful! The property is exactly as shown in the photos — cozy, well-equipped and very well maintained.
