Leo's space is exactly as described in the listing. Check-in and direct contact with the host were very smooth. The neighborhood where it is located is quiet and the apartment is close to bars, shopping and supermarkets.

Great ap! Sensational view, excellent condominium structure, well-decorated and very cozy apartment, super nice host. I recommend with my eyes closed. Some things could be better in the apartment, such as wear and tear, but for people who know how to value things, I found the apartment very nice. It's the little things that don't take away from your comfort or experience. Great showers, great beds, well-equipped kitchen, great gourmet balcony… It's really worth it!

The apartment is brand new, bedding and bathing of excellent quality, we arrived and had coffee powder, salt, coffee strainer, which I found a treat for us guests. Super clean, organized and smelling apartment! Gezer is very attentive and helpful, always responding quickly to messages. In the building there is a market, which breaks the branch a lot for us tourists. It is a block from the crab chico, and it is very safe to walk there. Os ubers e taxis has no difficulty in picking us up or taking us to the building.

Great accommodation! Great space, large balcony and with amazing views, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Excellent location, on the edge of the sea, on the very busy part of the waterfront, near the feirinha. Check-in and check-out were very quiet and quick, everyone's facial registration made the environment safe. The accommodation was clean and organized! Tb has parking and has a market, gym and swimming pools. I and my family loved it, it was an excellent choice, we spent 5 days and had everything we needed! We will return more often and refer to friends!

The house has a view and is close to the sea, the sea is basically the backyard of the residence. He left through the garden door. It's a few steps from the beach. The location is close to restaurants, markets, pharmacy. You can do a lot on foot or within a few minutes by car. About the house, the biggest problem was some leaks in heavy rain which I have already reported to Gian, in addition the stay was comfortable and I recommend the place. Francisca is also a fine person and provides support in an emergency. Gian recommends tours and activities to do on the premises.

Even before the on-site arrival, the service was already excellent. The very organized team gave us clear guidelines and in a very receptive way. The place exceeded expectations, as beautiful as the pictures. The service was spectacular, we had no idea that we would have so many perks. Breakfast was served according to the times suggested by us, with a lot of whim and organization. The staff are very well oriented to cleanliness at the least inconvenient times for the guests and kept the house always smelling. Service worthy of a 5-star hotel! I hope to return one day!

The stay was wonderful! The little house is beautiful, even more beautiful live. Super airy, sea view, ventilated, with lots of cute details, mega-equipped kitchen! Jacuzzi, coconut tree with coconuts, sand court...And Ann Celly was super helpful every step of the way, we were very well received! I recommend super!

A very nice house, ideal for those looking for peace and quiet, close to the beach, you can walk there easily, very quiet beach (if you want to enjoy the beach, bring a sun umbrella, beach chairs, water, etc. because there is no beach hut nearby). Vanessa is super attentive and always available. We were four adults and a little dog and the house served us perfectly, a well-equipped kitchen (I only missed a microwave), two en-suites and a guest bathroom, air-conditioning in the three bedrooms, a relief for the hot days of this period, but the balcony with hammocks is well ventilated in the afternoon, with visits from singing birds, butterflies and dragonflies, a delight! The pool is very nice and relaxing. House of good energies! They were moments of peace and relaxation, exactly what we wanted.

Our stay was incredible. The house is very peaceful, has a beautiful seafront view and it’s great design makes you feel immediately welcome. Christoph is definitely one of the most thoughtful hosts we’ve encountered and made our stay very pleasant by being caring and attentive. The house is looked after a great couple that have assisted us tremendously with finding a variety of services we needed (taxi, cleaning, cooking, baby siting) to name a few. We totally recommend staying there and are looking forward to coming back in the near future!

Everything was great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower in the social bathroom (in the service area) was not working, there was no shower installed. Another observation that must be made: the condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and they collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this annoying and embarrassing, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

Absolutely loved our stay! Klayton-Luciana were excellent! They had great recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The apartment is perfectly located in Praia do Futuro. In my opinion the best beach in Fortaleza. We will definitely be back and staying in their apartment!!

Beautiful place close to absolutely everything that is good in Fortaleza, I highly recommend the Vignoli restaurant if you get tired of seafood, it's on the corner on the top street. Eliane's AP is perfect for couples with children, the rooms are comfortable and the pools are great for children, Eliane is very nice! I recommend it a thousand times!

Beautiful apartment, with incredible views, well located, close to the centre and the best beach clubs . Extremely clean . The balcony of front for the sea exceeds all expectations, of the desire to stay there hours and hours. Cost benefit great ! I want to come back !
