Wow, without words, this is the third time I've been to the house in Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. Without a doubt, I recommend this space to everyone, you won't regret it. Complete house, with everything you need. Thanks again Marcos and Thiago for once again making my family's stay exceptional.

The apartment is as good as all the others in the complex, we've been to others before. The amenities of the place in terms of the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath are excellent. The apartment has a large sofa bed and a bedroom with a bed. It doesn't have a dryer, just a washing machine, and the host, despite the fact that we stayed several days, only gave us one towel each, which was certainly a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, the place is very good. Recommended (bring towels)

We had amazing days in this family home. All well accommodated, beautiful, clean and organized house. sr. Dieter always kind and kind from start to finish. We intend to return as soon as possible. We love everything!!

Extremely wonderful, cozy, clean and well-organized location. All rooms have air-conditioning, in this heat it made a total difference. Luís was very attentive and kind to us, always answering us super fast from the entrance to the exit. It was an amazing weekend, for sure we'll be back.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Check-in is quite simple, you only identify yourself and the doorman gives you all the instructions. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and in a great location in Pinheiros. The host, in turn, is an extremely friendly and attentive person. It's well worth the stay.

This was our first experience on the App…And we were happy that everything went well. As for Fernando, he was always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly, showing that he was ready to help. As for the apartment, we felt right at home, clean and organized environment, basic but necessary kitchen utensils. The local staff are very attentive/polite. And the beach service was the icing on the cake, we loved it. We'll definitely be back and it's already saved in our favorites. Note: Our pet loved it too 😄

very clean and spacious apartment, my family and I loved the place, we only had one discomfort with the beach service, but we talked to the staff and everything was resolved, we will definitely come back, the location is great, with a bakery, market, pharmacy all close by!! we are 100% satisfied, the night shift receptionist welcomed us very well and was very helpful!!

A Estádia was very good, we were well welcomed, we arrived early in the city and we were able to enter the house before the agreed, when we needed to talk to the hosts everything went well, very helpful, only point is that the neighborhood is in a region of easy flooding, in rainy times it can take the risk of wagging, it happened to us, and the people in the region said they were already used to, we were worried but there was no loss, and when we came into contact with Alex, he was worried and solved the problems, sent the fish to clean in the morning, at least nothing more. In the most the stay was spectacular, everyone was very comfortable, the house is very good, and very close to the beaches. gratitude to those responsible ☺

I rented the penthouse to have a nice weekend with my family and it was the best choice. The space is great, well-equipped kitchen, we took advantage of the pool and the barbecue on the last day. Thaler and Dona Sônia were very attentive. Dona Sônia is a lovely person, presented to us the apartment and was always available. We will definitely come back more often. We struggled just to turn on the air conditioner in the room, more as the weather was cool we didn't bother too much about it.

Extremely quiet place, ideal for families. They were incredible days, the building staff were super attentive and friendly. Mr. Ênio responded to messages quickly and left clear instructions. I went with my elderly mother and my young daughter, and they both enjoyed and loved everything. We are already planning to return soon ♥️

The house is a delight, quiet place, incredible skyline views. We got caught in a huge storm at night and had no problems, the lights flickered but came back immediately. The caretaker went to clean the pool in the morning. The kitchen is complete, we even made cake. We took our dog, she was super happy with the huge yard, and a white puppy from the neighborhood came to visit and played with her too, super gentle! Super recommend, we will return more often for sure. Just a few details, but nothing relevant for criticism. Everything was wonderful

My husband and I took 4 days, we liked everything... Clean and organized apartment, close to a quiet beach, we found a nice place to eat, I highly recommend it, I will definitely return. Quiet neighborhood, we went out at night. I have nothing to complain about, I just thank you, thank you!!!!!

The location is excellent, close to the beach, which was ideal for our family. Luciana's house is old, but very comfortable. We went in a large group and we all slept comfortably. Air-conditioning worked. Shower with hot water. Clean pool. The cleanliness of the house was great. Comfortable rooms and environments. Very family atmosphere. Luciana had flexible check-in and check-out. You've always responded very quickly.
