This was our first experience on the App…And we were happy that everything went well. As for Fernando, he was always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly, showing that he was ready to help. As for the apartment, we felt right at home, clean and organized environment, basic but necessary kitchen utensils. The local staff are very attentive/polite. And the beach service was the icing on the cake, we loved it. We'll definitely be back and it's already saved in our favorites. Note: Our pet loved it too 😄

Very good accommodation, beachfront, easy access and amenities in the area. Close to restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Everything was perfect, well organized and clean. I recommend it.

The days we spent in Silvia's space were wonderful, the condominium in addition to being very beautiful has a great structure as described in the listing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, I dare say the best in Praia da Enseada. We'll be back other times.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

Strengths Great location in front of the beach and next to the supermarket. Great condominium with amazing infrastructure. (pools and leisure area) Flexibility in checking out late. Very comfortable apartment (bed). Improvement points. Bath towels available were too small for adult use. It could have 1 pair of glass wine glasses. (there was only plastic). The TV could already have streaming apps set up on it. Old TV with little accessibility (Netflix, Globoplay etc.) Lack of dish or paper towel to dry the washed dishes. (It has only 1 hand towel).

Those were days of anxiety for the long-awaited trip. Finally the long-awaited day arrived, where my expectations were very well met, the apartment is impeccable, clean, organized, air-conditioned, the kitchen is complete with a drinking fountain. We stayed on the beach in front of the island, visited the aquarium and went to the emissary in the historic center, rode the cable car and then went to Montserrat. Our trip was unforgettable, my husband and our young children loved it, I intend to return other times. Gratitude 😍

We mainly like the very well ventilated balcony, wonderful view, just a detail permission to smoke on the balcony, for those who do not smoke and smokers smoke in the balcony, it is disrespected the privacy could not have lunch or coffee! Noise at will permit is good for each other not, the neighbor with the sound of booming! Personnel I'm talking about the building, but the wonderful apartment is all good organized, no utensil missing! The unforeseen were determined by nature, lots of rain! Flávio e Renata's apartment is very beautiful! Super clean, smelling, tidy, well-equipped with all that is needed to pass the stadia with great comfort. Well decorated as we see in the photos. With the bathtub it's hard to want to get out of it kkk. The building is very quiet, very well located facing the beach and close to everything. The staff are very friendly. The super attentive hosts have passed all check-in guidelines. Super recommend to those who come for work or rest.
