Vacation rentals with beach access in Santo Antão

l'appartement d'Olavo est très spacieux, situé à 10mn de la plage, et près des commodités, le meilleur glacier au bas de l'immeuble, supérette à 100mètres. Le balcon fut un plus pour nous, puisque le carnaval passait au pied. Olavo est très réactif, vous pouvez envoyer un message, il répond de suite.

Great place with a great view! Quiet and peaceful. The only thing i would suggest is change the single beds to doubles. They are to small for adult size people. Other than that it was a great stay

Wir waren 5 Tage in Mindelo und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns 4. Spektakulärer Ausblick vom Apartment auf die Stadt, Berge und Meer. Ein Supermarkt ist unten im Gebäude und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In das Stadtzentrum geht man 10 Minuten oder fährt sehr günstig für keine 2€ mit dem Taxi. Check in und Check out war problemlos über Kontaktmann/Security. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage in Mindelo mit Ausflügen auch nach Sao Antao, und Entspannung in einer schönen geräumigen Wohnung. Elsa is an extraordinary host. The apartment is probably the most beautiful on the island - with views of the ocean, the mountains, and everything else. A grocery store right in the building, and a pool downstairs (it was being renovated when we were there so we didn't get to use it, but it looks stunning). There is also a second grocery store via a 7 minute walk, and CNAD is about 8 minutes away, not to mention the 10-12 minute walk to the beach. I can't say enough wonderful things about Elsa as a host - she goes out of her way to make you feel connected to the community. Thanks, Elsa!

We hadden een fantastische vakantie in Filomena Apartments! Het appartement was top! Jammer dat de directe omgeving nog een bouwwerf was, maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad. Ligging helemaal perfect, op wandelafstand van het strand. De host regelde ons een vast contact voor taxiritten en gaf ons tal van culturele tips. Van een topvakantie gesproken! Echt een aanrader ✨

We were moved from our original booking to this apartment following a water issue in the building. Our host communicated with us and offered the change (it was un upgrade to what we had previously so it was a no-brainer to agree!) before we actually arrived in Mindelo. So hats off for being forward and helpful, we don't know what we would have done in the heat of Mindelo without water!!!! (water is very precious in Cape Verde, it hasn't rained in 3 years so don't take those issues lightly. Our host did very well by sending us into another apartment ). The apartment itself is big with 3 bedrooms. We were a group of 5 and were all very comfortable . The kitchen is big and functional . We didn't cook in there while we were in Mindelo. We indulged in local restaurants instead! And since the place is well located, we had a lot of options. The beach is literally across the street, and it's a very nice one too. And surprisingly not crowded (maybe we were at the wrong time of the year...). The beach club will provide you free wifi if you use their premises (we did. Their beach chairs with umbrellas were a blessing). All in all, we enjoyed ourselves very much and we have our host to thank for that.

Nous avons logé au sein de cette jolie maison en plein cœur du village à 8 personnes pendant 4 jours. Toutes les pièces sont très agréables et avec beaucoup de charme. La vue mer est magnifique. Les locaux sont très accueillants, notamment Gabi et Véronica qui sur place ont géré notre accueil. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de Véronica tous les soirs, sa cuisine est excellente et elle a pris soin de varier les repas (il y a très peu de choses dans les épiceries pour cuisiner sur place). Nous avions un chauffeur pendant nos 4 jours qui a pu nous recommander de belles randonnées et nous a réservé nos repas du midi. Il nous a manqué du savon et des serviettes de douche, mais rien de bien grave pour nous. Si vous souhaitez être dépaysé et en immersion au cap vert, c’est chez Odile qu’il faut aller. Nous avons adoré !

Schöne, moderne Wohnung etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ca 5 min zu Fuß zum Stadtstrand und etwa 10 min ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Angenehmes Bett und Dusche mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck. Empfehlenswert! Deborah ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach und schnell.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het droomhuis van Carlos. super uitzicht, veel ruimte en voldoende restaurants en winkeltjes op loopafstand. Meerdere zitjes rondom de woning en een oprit achter de poort om een auto te plaatsen. Mogelijkheid tot koken in de grote keuken, de winkel naast het huis heeft zelfs broodjes en verse eieren. Een aantal kittens en katten liepen soms door de tuin(komen niet naar binnen), deze houden wel van een extra hapje eten ;) Vergeet niet iets mee te nemen voor de veelal arme bevolking zoals de inwoners van de ver gelegen bergdorpjes, een kleine moeite met een groot effect! Wij brachten onder andere kleurpotloden, gummetjes en tekenspullen, wat waren ze blij. Restaurant Casa Maracuja is een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Mimi et Thierry, une très belle rencontre et le lieu est juste magique !!! Une petite maison décorée avec goût , un sentiment de quiétude, et à quelques pas le village authentique où l'on peut boire un verre au son des graines d'awalé manipulées par les joueurs locaux .... une belle expérience d'immersion . et un site hors du temps qui appelle à la détente !!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and tastefully decorated. The modern design, great amenities, and stunning view of the bay made it special. Everything was well thought out, and we appreciated the bottles of water on arrival. Communication with Maurits was excellent. He was very helpful, arranging a rental car, giving us tips for activities, and even driving us to the airport. He always responded quickly and was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nous avons trouvé un logement idyllique, très moderne, décoré avec soin, grand, propre et très bien équipé. Isaura était à l étranger pendant notre séjour mais elle a été en communication en permanence avec nous. Elle nous a organisé un taxi pour notre arrivée. Nous a donné des conseils très utiles. Elle a partagé ses bons plans de sorties, de liens utiles pour notre prochaines étapes au Cap Vert. Elle s' inquiétait de notre bien-être chaque jour. Un grand merci à elle de nous avoir aussi bien reçus et accompagné. Vous pouvez aller chez elle " les yeux fermés "!!!

Geweldig appartement om met een gezelschap te verblijven, ruimtelijk. Fijne keuken en supermarkt op nog geen 1 minuut wandelen. Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum. Het is een prima wandeling je bent er zo. Host is super vriendelijk en reageert snel, je kunt hem alles vragen!

The Airbnb stay was absolutely amazing from the location being so close to the beach to having a well equipped gym inside the building along with a great restaurant. I would definitely come back to this location again I mean, I literally was scheduled for Zumba at the gym. It was super dope and I would definitely revisit this Airbnb location again. The walk to the beach is very short however, if you would like to take a taxi you can, but I walked after the first day towards the beach and beyond the beach area for food and everything.
