Dona Marlene was very attentive, she responded to messages very quickly. The house is beautiful, everything is furnished and new, super clean house, the difference is that it provides bed and bath linens, everything smells good.

I would like to thank our hostess, Fernanda, for her receptivity and hospitality during our stay at her home. good hosting deep pool and warm, great for cold days. so bad that some guests end up leaving open food and toiletries other than that, it was great. I recommend it, great for couples who want to rest and get out of the routine

One unpleasant thing is the neighbor, inadvertently dropped a towel in her yard and she was super rude, other than that the police took a routine approach when I was arriving she was speaking ill ended up being embarrassed because I owe nothing to justice, let alone the gossip neighbor.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

The house matches exactly what is indicated in the listing. The location is great and, even though it is in an urbanized area, it conveys a delicious beach vibe. Dona Maria was a sweetheart to us — always friendly, attentive and ready to help with whatever was needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, the conditions are comfortable and the pool is simply sensational! As a suggestion to further improve the experience, it would be interesting to change some furniture, such as the sofas in the inner room that are slightly moldy, and perhaps consider darker curtains in the bedrooms, as the morning light comes in strongly and can disrupt sleep. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I definitely recommend it! And we thought about coming back more often.

It was a comfortable and practical stay. The location is close to shops and markets, bus and subway access. The space has the basics needed for sleeping, bathing and eating. The host was communicative, flexible, kind and clear with the instructions. I also recommend it for the great period that the stay was able to provide.

Chácara linda, reserved, with plenty of activities for the children (playground,toy library,bed elastica), incredible social area, place to park the cars, Karina always very solicitous. We spent a quiet and very pleasant stay.

Spacious house, with lots of beds, clean and with lots of resources. The only "problem" was that the living room was different from the photos, with many beds in place of other furniture. However, it was very worthwhile, I recommend it and would definitely come back.

I had a great stay! The place is small but incredibly cozy and well thought out. The bed is actually a high-quality mattress on the floor, and I was really impressed by how comfortable it is ( it feels like it has multiple layers and provides excellent support). I even asked the host about the brand because I slept so well! The sheets are top-notch, and there are plenty of pillows with different firmness levels to choose from. The compact kitchen has everything you need, and overall the space feels warm and welcoming. Daniel was a great host, very attentive and kind. I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommended, especially if you value comfort and good sleep!

the city met expectations, very good and clear reception. house clean and easy to locate. hostess responded quickly and clearly in responses. single point if the pool was heated with certainty it would be much better, but the day it was hot and we can enjoy it very well.

Very beautiful and cozy place, house in the midst of the trees, as beautiful or more beautiful than in the pictures. All our questions were clarified quickly, and in a thoughtful way. I also appreciate the understanding at check-in, as we had a delay, and we ended up arriving a little after the established cut-off time (9:00pm), and I was able to count on the support to adjust. My only observation is in relation to the heating of the Pool, which from what was reported worked only by solar heating, and unfortunately the pool did not warm enough, and the temperature reached a maximum of 23 degrees, and with a child it is still cold. Either way, the house offers other attractions and did not take away the brightness of the stay.

I was in the house for 2 days to celebrate my birthday, and it was just wonderful. Beautiful place and clean and very quiet. Since bedrooms, living room and kitchen accommodations, as far as the outdoor area barbecue and swimming pool are of great quality and good taste, I felt at home. Everything is perfect. Hope to return soon. Guests also praised the house too much. thanks to Samuel for the reception and to Henrique, he always answered me, answering my questions and made all the difference in my stay. Space as described, despite having had a power outage a few times, the atmosphere is very good, and very relaxing!
