I had my daughter's birthday on 05/24 at Maby's house and I say without a doubt that it was my best choice, the house is wonderful, beautiful pool, game room, barbecue. I accommodated 43 people wonderfully well. My guests simply love the space and have already asked for the contact. I'm already planning the next party😊 at Maby's house. I would like to thank Fernanda, who welcomed me and provided impeccable service, and was always ready to give me the support I needed. Maby was wonderful too, even before closing the house reservation, she was ready and answered my many questions. I recommend it with closed eyes. I'll be back for sure.

Leticia was a great host. We booked the house for a corporate event and it was great! The staff was super good in the house, we did all the meals on site, in addition to enjoying the outdoor area. It accommodated everyone really well. I recommend it!

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that do not appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, had plenty of blankets and towels, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it is extremely well equipped, the pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house afterwards and intend to return! In addition, it is cozy and you can feel a positive family aura, you feel a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note a thousand!

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Luciana's house is old, but very comfortable. We went in a large group and we all slept comfortably. Air-conditioning worked. Shower with hot water. Clean pool. The cleanliness of the house was great. Comfortable rooms and environments. Very family atmosphere. Luciana had flexible check-in and check-out. You've always responded very quickly. It was very kind. Great value for money.

Excellent place super recommend, I rented it for Mother's Day and it was the best deal I made, game room, two kitchens, pool, courts and the children's playground, we rented the weed on the outside, impeccable spaces. We love the environment, the super helpful host has helped us through everything we need.

Spacious house, with lots of beds, clean and with lots of resources. The only "problem" was that the living room was different from the photos, with many beds in place of other furniture. However, it was very worthwhile, I recommend it and would definitely come back.

I booked Jacira's place for my son and she was wonderfully attentive. It was almost a month of hosting and the place met the needs very well. Jacira was super helpful, nice and that gave me a very great security. We will be back for sure and whenever we need it will be our little house in SP.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Very beautiful and cozy place, house in the midst of the trees, as beautiful or more beautiful than in the pictures. All our questions were clarified quickly, and in a thoughtful way. I also appreciate the understanding at check-in, as we had a delay, and we ended up arriving a little after the established cut-off time (9:00pm), and I was able to count on the support to adjust. My only observation is in relation to the heating of the Pool, which from what was reported worked only by solar heating, and unfortunately the pool did not warm enough, and the temperature reached a maximum of 23 degrees, and with a child it is still cold. Either way, the house offers other attractions and did not take away the brightness of the stay.

The stay at César's residence was perfect! The house is complete, very clean, the bed and bath linens are super clean and fragrant, the covers are very warm and fluffy. Access to the house is super quiet and great location! César is to be congratulated in all aspects, God bless 🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I found this listing to spend a few days with my family and I can say it's really an oasis. I've never found anything so amazing in a city like São Paulo. The entire house is glazed, very spacious, and has a wonderful backyard. The feeling is that we are not in the city of São Paulo but in the countryside, but at the same time, we are in the heart of Vila Madalena. The host brought us bananas grown in his own backyard, which reminded me of the times when I spent my childhood in the countryside and ate from my own backyard. The host lives in the back house, so he needs to go through the yard, but it was really nice to have him around, especially because the house is so big and sometimes we get confused about where things are. The bedroom mattress is King size, very comfortable, and the pillows are also excellent. The bedding is of high quality. The kitchen is super equipped and huge, with a large dishwasher. It's been a happy few days!
