Clean house, everything in order, easy communication and very kind! Would come back more often for sure

Everything worked out! You need a cell phone to have access. Entry with the car could be easier (I had to park and then take control and enter with the car), but I also can't imagine another way. Very clean and practical room. Quiet. I had a little trouble getting in.

The apartment is very well located, cozy and confortable. Tatiane is very responsive and answered my messages right away, the experience was great! I would definitely recommend!

The stay was excellent! The place was exactly as described, all very clean, organized and cozy. Communication with the host was super smooth and quick, which made the whole experience even better. I felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

We just left and we're already thinking about our next stay. All clean, organized, comfortable. The couch was our favorite, lol. I thank Eduardo and Mr. Luiz (works in the building), for his kindness, sympathy and helped us with everything. We'll be back soon!

It had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and stylish, and we felt right at home. Maria is always attentive, my sister and I love the accommodations. Privileged view of SP from the Studio bed. Common floor area such as a gym, swimming pool with a fantastic view from the 15th floor. We love it, we'll definitely be back ♥️🥇

The property is as beautiful as in the photo, good location, easy to enter on arrival. Clean, has everything, great bed and great shower! Nice sun and full kitchen! I would recommend it!

I can’t say enough about Maria’s condo! Firstly I love to cook when I travel and the kitchen is a chefs dream—absolutely everything you need and then some. And the gym is world-class with loads of free weights, squat racks, and dozens of machines and space to do cardio. Lastly the location is terrific. Walking distance to everything and super safe. I didn’t feel unsafe for single second during the week I stayed there. I’ll be back for sure thank you Maria!

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.
