Ivette’s apartment was exactly what we needed—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet residential area but still very close to a lovely park, which was great for morning walks and fresh air. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and Ivette was a responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything you need!

Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

Great place, highly recommend. Only two things to consider: Parking in the area is very expensive and the street is a bit noisy. A part of this I passed amazing time with my partner

Excelente sitio para quedarse, muy cerca a la Universidad del Pacífico y la UPC. igualmente cerca al real plaza de salaverry y otros sitios para visitar. Está ubicado en una zona segura. El departamento bastante cómodo, bien equipado. Totalmente recomendable.

Every time I travel to Lima I stay at these apartments AND I have recommended them to everyone as well. Location is great, the apartment is perfect, there is always a welcome package of food when I arrive, linens are spotless. And the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Absolutely perfect!

I was very lucky to find Cecilia's place. great location, safe neighborhood, easy access to stores and restaurants. In this apartment I found everything I needed for my stay and I will not hesitate to book it again. Cecilia is a great host always making sure everything goes smoothly.

Location is great. Few minute walk for beautiful sunsets every night. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Three level apartment had everything we needed. We loved sitting rooftop and watching the paragliders off the coast. Wi-Fi was excellent and the bed slept excellent. Great value, great place!

Patricia es una excelente anfitriona, siempre esta atenta, es muy amable, el departamento esta ubicado en una zona residencial de Lima segura y tranquila, cerca a muchas áreas verdes. Es tal cual las fotos , te entrega el departamento limpio y ordenado. Esta bien equipado con todas las comodidades lo recomiendo.

Buena ubicación y departamento muy cálido, ideal para 3/4 personas. Maritza muy cordial y pudimos ingresar antes del check in.

Estancia publicada tal cual como en las fotos. Lily fue súper amable desde que tuvimos contacto con ella, flexible en el ingreso y salida, y siempre atenta a nuestras consultas. Nos recomendó lugares y a donde podíamos ir a comer. El termo alcanza para dos duchas completas, si son tres personas el último debe esperar para poder ducharse. Lo demás estuvo muy bien, el departamento tenía de todo, y bastante acogedor.

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

1. El departamento muy seguro y cerca de casas de cambio y lugares para comprar lo básico por ejemplo agua, etc. (Existe una pequeña tienda a 1 cuadra) 2. Al momento del check out nos permitieron quedarnos un poco más ya que nuestro vuelo era de madrugada. 3. La comunicación excelente. 4. La vista espectacular. 5. La Piscina una maravilla, un poco fría pero muy bien. Debes reservar con 24 horas de anticipación para usarla. 6. Se podría mejorar más, si se coloca un secador adicional en la cocina y quizas un poco de azúcar, café o té. Tambien, hacer el cambio de toallas a los 3 días. 7. Finalmente, MUY RECOMENDADO, SI VOLVEMOS A LIMA, NOS VOLVERÍAMOS A HOSPEDAR.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, cercano a todo y muy bonito y con todos los enseres necesarios. Además un anfitrión estupendo que está preocupado al 1000 % de tu estadía.
