The Host Reyes was there for us anytime we needed him, made it a great comfortable experience. I definitely plan on returning and would highly recommend to others.

We were a family of 7, and everyone was very comfortable throughout our stay. Maly went above and beyond—she was incredibly sweet and attentive. The house truly felt like an oasis in the middle of the city! We loved staying there and had such a great time. The amenities were modern and very useful. I’ll definitely be back!

The place works great for short or long term. It is located inside a gated high rise which has 24/7 security. We felt safe staying there. There was construction going on nearby at the time which is something to consider if you plan to work from home given the noise. However, if your plan is to explore and don't plan to stay in, it would work just fine as it was centrally located; close to restaurants, shops and the bus station which allowed us to travel to other cities in our free time. The host is very responsive, checked on us multiple times and ensured we were enjoying our stay.

There are some lovely places in Santiago, but this place has reached the top of my list, very comfortable, amazing view of the city and complete relaxion. Should this place be available I will return.
