Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa María del Tule

The hosts (Juan and Mrs. Laura) are a sweetheart since they are excellent people, they were always attentive. It's a great place to rest and vacation as they made us feel like we were at home. And the conditions are excellent to feel comfortable in a clean, safe and very spacious place. See you again next month. Thank you.

This place is super cute and comfortable. The kitchen is complete with everything you need (coffee maker, blender, stove, utensils, Tupperware etc). The shower is hot, the internet is strong enough for zoom calls. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Plenty of natural light. It is a 40 min walk to downtown or an 80-120 peso taxi ride. There is a grocery store near by and restaurants walking distance. I recommend this place. I would stay there again.

Nice apartment, quiet and pleasant. The only drawback is that the bed squeaks just by lying down, but everything else is very good. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at Rodrigos spot! comfortable accommodations. He left us earplugs and had streaming services we could use! Had water waiting for us which was much appreciated after a long trip and we hadn't gotten water yet. Rodrigo was so detailed and helpful and responsive and kind. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed. AC. Hot water. Many lighting options for low light which we loved. Lots of closet and drawer space. Short walk to food stalls, restaurants and convenience stores. 20-30 min walk down hill to El Centro. If the windows are closed, it's releatively quiet compared to the city as a whole. There was also a surprise terrace which we loved to hang out on!! We hope to return! Thank you Rodrigo and family!

Great place to stay and location! We loved the space and loft area! The bathroom was a little dark for getting ready but made it work! This space was right on a main road so you can hear everything outside throughout the day and night, didn’t bother us but just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper!

We loved staying at Martha’s place! Communication was excellent throughout the trip and she and her daughter were so very friendly. Our favorite part was having coffee on the deck outside of the upstairs bedroom which was so peaceful and beautiful! The courtyard was gorgeous and so quiet. The apartment was artfully decorated with quaint touches throughout. We would 10/10 stay at Martha’s place again in the future!

The room is very well equipped, the air conditioning is a plus for the heat of Oaxaca. You have shops, supermarkets and the center 15 min walk. Would definitely stay here again. In addition, Karla was always very friendly and responded quickly to our questions

Great location, spacious room that’s very clean, quiet at night, comfortable bed with good AC, helpful and responsive host that gave recommendations and met me outside to ensure smooth check in.

Amy’s place was exactly what I needed for my 5 week stay in Oaxaca. The house is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. A simple and well designed space with everything I needed. The San Felipe neighborhood is a bit far from all the happenings in the city but if you’re comfortable being a bit off the beaten path and learn how the local buses work it makes for nice escape. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is just as shown in the pictures, everything is in very good condition, very modern, convenient parking, it is away from the center in an area with businesses, if you don't have a car it's not so easy to get around by taxi at least when leaving the house, the entrance street is unpaved, a quiet and very peaceful area. It has enough dishes in the kitchen, and enough water in the jug. Highly recommended Air-conditioning works perfectly

A perfect stay in a beautiful home in Oaxaca I loved my stay in this house! It is not only very beautiful, tastefully decorated, but also extremely comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Each space is well thought out, bright and clean, with all the essentials to feel at home. The location is ideal: close to everything, whether it's markets, restaurants, museums or the typical alleys of the historic center. You can do anything on foot, which is super convenient. This is a property that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a peaceful and authentic stay in Oaxaca. I would definitely stay again!

I would come back definitely if I am in Oaxaca again. Also, the person that was there was very helpful. The place is very quiet and very clean.We sleep very well every night after visiting a few of the tourist places. Everything is just a few minutes away by car.

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

The service was excellent, the response to what we requested was immediate, Mrs. Anita was very kind and helpful, we felt right at home. I highly recommend this place, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything

Everything was great, close to downtown, good communication, they let us in early. I would only suggest changing the mattresses, they are very hard, but apart from that everything is excellent.

The accommodation was for some relatives and was very attentive throughout the stay of what they could need, they were enchanted, thank you Janeth.

Very quiet stay, close to Centro by car and always very sloping Salvador. The check in instructions were very clear and we felt safe, we always had hot water, Wifi and access to the car. No doubt when we return to Oaxaca we would stay at Casa Nogui again.

Affordable for the cost conscious long travellers. Room is clean and spacious. Seperate rooms for 1. Kitchen and Dining table, 2. Large bedroom and 3. Toilet. Location close to centre of town.
