Great apartment, very nice and cozy

Excellent, cozy and extremely comfortable environment. I felt very well received and at ease from start to finish. An experience that is definitely worth repeating!

The apartment is complete, has a gas stove, refrigerator, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only thing, however, is the noise: during the weekdays there is a lot of noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place this may not be the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block from Burger King and Subway, 1 block from self-service laundries, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which, although small, is enough to get a sweat on. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost-benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who did the cleaning, and the concierge staff are very nice people! It would return again for sure!

Definitely one of my best stays on Airbnb. Extremely helpful host, responds quickly, tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Impeccable apartment, super clean and organized, linens and towels in great condition. I highly recommend staying in this apartment!

The space is excellent. Easy to get to and get around. It has an amazing view. It was extremely clean and had everything in the listing. Reinaldo always responded promptly. The staff of the building are very polite and kind. The only annoyance was a little street noise (traffic), but I'm a noise-sensitive person. Less sensitive people will not be bothered because the closed windows insulate well. I recommend it and would come back again if I needed to.
