Unwind on the terrace every morning while sipping a cup of coffee, with amazing views of the city and Cerro San Cristóbal. Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

We own this centrally located one-bedroom apartment in a safe, modern doorman building. After falling in love with its prime location and high-floor view, we purchased and meticulously renovated the unit. The apartment is in the heart of the hip Bellas Artes district, just a block and a half from the Bellas Artes metro station. Adjacent to the building are a supermarket and a nice café. Within a short walk, you'll find great restaurants, shopping, and Santiago's top tourist attractions.

The place is as shown on the listing. The area (location) is ideal as it is located in the center of Stgo and the neighborhood is very nice and safe. The apt is very practical and has everything you need to have a comfortable and quiet stay. The cleanliness of the apt highlighted. I recommend it.

We were happy with our stay! Everything the other reviews said about Manuel and Blanca's place is accurate. it's a nice, neat, compact, comfortable apartment, great location, Lots to do, close to tourist attractions and very easy check in and and out. We just recommended to Manuel and Blanca that they state clearly that the washer is "in the building" because when we booked we were under the impression that it was inside the apartment. Other than this minor issue, everything was nice and smooth 👍 Thanks for a good stay!

Your refuge in the heart of the Lastarria neighborhood

I had a wonder stay in the apartment. It was very clean and I felt at home here. The apartment is very close to the subway and the area is very safe. There are many restaurants and cool places close to the apartment. I found the area to be really safe at night. I arrived late to the apartment, around 4pm, left my things with no trouble, and when for dinner. There were so many restaurants to choose from, but I decided to have a steak and fries at a place right as you come out of the door of the apartment. I don't remember the name of the place but ever was great. I had conversation with some Brazilians and they too were staying the same building. I had a great experience. I'm a flight attendant, I was just there for night but I would love to go back to the apartment again and everything the area had to offer. Very interesting location in Santiago

Luis place is an excellent choice for your stay in Santiago. It is in a great location that felt very safe but is also a vibrant neighborhood. The apartment is situated on a side street just one block from a very popular area. It was very quiet in the apartment. They left us chocolate, water, fruit and a bottle of wine which we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here!
