I loved the stay! The apartment was spotless, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Plenty of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway and under the building itself there is a grocery store that works until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will certainly rent again when I return to Chile!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The view is stunning & the apartment was well equipped.

Carolina's place was great. It was walkable to a subway and provided a parking spot for our car. It was a just a little tricky to find the parking garage, and you have to buzz in and out of it, but the concierges at the apartment complex were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean with towels, soap and shampoo all provided. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Santiago!

The apartment met our expectations to the fullest, matches her photographs and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, I went for a work meeting and promised to return for longer, it has very close to the Italian Quarter where I went to dinner and walk for a while, where there is a great variety of restaurants, shops and national crafts, Marco was very kind in his treatment and disposition. 100% Recommended for Quality/Price.

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

Pablo is an excellent host, the welcome was pleasant, the accommodation was comfortable and the service was excellent. I had a very good experience that I hope to repeat very soon✨

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

We really enjoyed the house. Daniela stayed in touch with us and answered our questions. Paola welcomed us and gave us detailed instructions and recommendations. We are very happy with the stay, the house, the hosts and the perfect area!

Excellent stay, great jacuzzi, the instructions were clear, and it was also great. I just feel that more blankets were missing, I'm sensitive to the cold (there was air conditioning, so I was saved, haha) in my opinion. The internet connection with the TV was not compatible, which was the detail that struck me the most, but everything else was excellent and I'm grateful for the exquisite place to rest

First, one of the most friendly and responsive hosts - people - ever! Made themselves available when we had small questions. The location is just lovely-walkable to trains, local coffee, grocery store right there. Feels a little like Sliver Lake in LA. Very clean, and good for absorbing a tired family at the end of a day.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, she made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, and the house has a sociable and friendly atmosphere. As a host she was excellent, she was always attentive to what I needed and was understanding with me.

It was a great stay we took the opportunity to make a roast on the terrace and we had a great time, had everything and Guido communicated all the time

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The building's doormen, all very kind. My family and I spent incredible days in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

Impeccable! Ruben was helpful at all times, and the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and complete. We had a great time and it's definitely on my list of places to stay in Santiago. There were 5 of us and we felt very comfortable, the location is downtown but at the same time private and quiet. Easy access to services and the metro line. 10/10 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Everything was excellent! We arrived at night to leave very early in the morning, we could not tour the area but it was super easy to get there. The service at the front desk was great, super friendly and entering the apartment was really easy. I'll be back, obviously!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Everything was very good, spacious bedroom and kitchen, everything was very clean. I would review the shower system and floor of the same, put a little more cutlery and glasses, and update the TV that does not give for more, but everything is perfect, the best value for money.

Cristobal was very attentive from the first message I sent to learn more about the accommodation and any questions we had during the stay, he responded quickly. The apartment is great, well-equipped for cooking, a very comfortable bed and a good shower! Points for improvement: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, because the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was cold, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.
