Quando o sr. Sergio e a d. Nadia se aposentaram, decidiram procurar um lugar para morar fora da cidade, que pudesse acolher os filhos e netos durante feriados e finais de semana e também festas para a família e amigos. Foi então que encontraram esse pedaço de paraíso, localizado a 1 hora de SP com acesso fácil pelas Rods Dutra e Ayrton Senna. Um lugar perfeito onde se perde o fôlego com a vista da Mata Atlântica enquanto aproveita a piscina nos dias de calor ou se aquece na lareira no inverno.

Parking area up to 6 cars. Access to the whole asphalted site. Safe place, we never had a sinister.
