A great location... everything super good... only 2 observations.. 1. the pressure of the keys to the bathroom and kitchen is low. 2. the pool hours are not good and 7pm must be out. despite these observations the accommodation is worth it.. Bernhard's apartment is nice, everything is as shown in the photos, clean, nice decoration and impeccable. Bernhard was very proactive in responding to any concerns I had. The building's pool is impeccable and the beach club is unbeatable. I'm sure I'll be back with my family.

We loved it, we will definitely be back, it is even better than in the photos and is right in front of the sea and the pier, where we enjoyed fishing, the gentleman who welcomed us was super attentive, he helped us with everything, we were delighted with everything ❤️

Gabriel was very friendly. Always responded to my inquiries on time. The house guard Jonny was very helpful and his wife Zuley helped us with cooking. They both were amazing. The house is big and had everything as described. Me and my family had a great time in the pool especially.

We had an excellent experience over the weekend. The house is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for relaxing, with quick access to the beach and a very quiet atmosphere. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. You can see the love with which they maintain the place. Ideal for relaxing, sharing with family or friends. We would definitely go back!

We stayed at Patricio's house for an extended weekend in Salinas and the experience was excellent. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing with the family. The area seemed quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing. Patricio was very kind and always made sure we were okay, very attentive and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

The location is excellent, it was close to everything, the apartment is just as you can see in the pictures, clean and tidy, the person who received us was very helpful at all times, we really liked it and we will definitely be back.

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!

Everything was very good

I would like to thank the hosts for their extraordinary attention and communication during the stay. I have 2 small children and it was very comfortable for me that the apartment is on the ground floor. The place is very nice, quiet and safe, and the club is very nice. We hope to return very soon, regards!

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it's bigger than it looks in the photos. Mike was always there for us, in case we needed anything. And the best part is that it's just 1 block from the beach, so there was no need to use the car to get there
