Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

Mooi huis, veel ruimte, veel privacy. Mooie buitenruimte. Altijd direct reactie van Manu. Kom hier zeker graag terug.

Deze woning is absoluut een parel! Zeer luxe en comfortabel in een heerlijke rustige, natuurlijke omgeving. Zelfs in de winter of het vroege voorjaar is het hier goed vertoeven. Ibiza is een klein eiland, waardoor eigenlijk alles goed te bereiken is. Een auto is wel een must, maar de wegen zijn ondanks de vele bergen hier, zeer goed begaanbaar. Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker terug 😃. Dankjewel Majid en Claudine, voor deze fantastische plek en service.

We had an amazing stay at Can Clau, the villa is located in a very quiet area in the middle of the island. It is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything. I would recommend renting a car or motos to be able to get around. Chris and Jason have been very helpful and everything went really smooth. Thank you!

Très belle maison typique d'Ibiza avec un jardin arboré d'orangers et citronniers, dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques minute de la ville et de l'aéroport. Parfait pour visiter l'ile d'Ibiza. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Joan et Tony sont très sympas et accueillants. Je recommande à tous.

Bonjour nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille. Maria a été accueillante et a su réglé les problèmes électriques et de wifi rapidement. La maison est accessible via une piste donc préférez une voiture assez solide. L’extérieur de la maison est magnifique avec la piscine à débordement. Les salles de bains et la cuisine sont fonctionnelles et propres mais pas très modernes. L’adresse figurant sur l’annonce inscrite automatiquement par air bnb n’est pas exacte et est assez lointaine de la véritable adresse de la maison celle ci est située assez prêt de Sant Josep qui est très pratique néanmoins

We had a fantastic time here - myself and 3 girl friends stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The villa is even nicer in real life than it looks in the pictures - spacious and clean. We loved the pool and comfy sunloungers and the beds were really comfortable too. The kitchen has everything you could need and the supermarket is a short walk - 5/10 minutes away. Peter and Helena are lovely and very quick to respond if you have any questions. It’s worth bearing in mind that this is in a nice residential area so while there is a great Sonos system throughout no music can be played outside after 10pm (Ibiza law) and no loud music / parties etc. Not a problem for us as we went out every night. We used taxis to get around and the Taxi Click app worked really well for us - usually a taxi arrived within 10 minutes of requesting it. It was around €27 Euros to the airport, €35 to Ibiza Town and €16 to San Antonio so nothing is too far away.

Super vakantie gehad hier. Heel warm welkom van Marco, en laatstgenoemde zat vol met (hele bruikbare) tips voor restaurantjes en leuke activiteiten met de kinderen. Het huis en perceel zijn top. Het pand zelf is wat ouder, met name de keuken, maar nog volledig functioneel en charmant. Boven alles viel ons op dat het huis ontzettend schoon was!!! Ook heel fijn dat het perceel volledig omheind is, de kinderen kunnen niet “zomaar” weg. Dit is extra fijn omdat er voor het huis een drukke weg loopt waar behoorlijk hard gereden wordt. Supermarkt es cuco is op loopafstand, maar wel met gevaar voor eigen leven, want een wandelpad naast bovengenoemde drukke weg is er niet. Ook het weggooien van je vuilnis is via deze weg, opletten geblazen dus, of de auto pakken. Al met al hebben wij enorm genoten met onze 3 kinderen van 1, 3 en 5, en raden we dit huis aan als perfecte uitvalsbasis om heel ibiza te verkennen. Binnen 5 (auto) minuten zit je op een prachtig strand!

We had a fab stay at casa linda, Lucia was the best host. She helped us and went out of her way to help us, and was very kind giving us a late check out. The villa has everything you need, and is so centrally located for beaches and night clubs across the island. Taxis were easy to get using taxi click app. We really enjoyed beautiful Ibiza town.

Joli logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est bien situé, plage et randonnée à proximité. Attention le stationnement peut être très difficile comme partout à Ibiza. Le seul point noir c’est l’isolation phonique, on entend tout ce qui seul passe dans le logement d’à côté et on n’a pas le même rythme de vie que des gens qui y vivent à l’année…

We were greeted by Alexa, the daughter of the host. She was the perfect host and very helpful. Even though we arrived very late, due to delayed flights, she greeted us and helped us with luggage. Throughout our stay she borrowed us umbrellas for the beach, inflatable toys, taxi numbers and she cleaned our towels and the flat. So helpful and quick to reply- a sweetheart! The photos does not do the place justice- the outdoor terrace is huge with many different seating areas and the pool is great! So much better than expected. There is also a lot of great storage for clothes so no need to live from your suitcase. The area is quiet but still only a 35 euro taxi ride from the centre of Ibiza. And there are many beautiful beaches very close (on the west coast) that we drove to. There is also very accessible parking and no noisy neighbours. Definitely recommend!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille (avec trois enfants) dans cet appartement situé en plein centre. Un parking gratuit et situé à 15 minutes à pied. Les petits rues du centre-ville à proximité de l’appartement sont assez bruyante, mais cela fait partie du charme de la vieille ville d’evissa. Une voiture nous a été proposée par les hôtes , ce fut très pratique de la récupérer directement à l’aéroport et de rejoindre l’appartement. L’appartement était propre, les lits étaient fait, le linge de Maison était également disponible.

Atemberaubendes Apartment! Wir waren 5 Tage da und begeistert. Die Einrichtung, die Umgebung, die Terrasse, Ausblick &&&. Einfach nur wow! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten trotz schlechten Wetter einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Marjolin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns noch ein Babybett für unsere Tochter zur Verfügung gestellt. Sie hat uns auch einen flexiblen Check In und Out ermöglich.

Thank you so much we had a wonderful stay at Casa Sarah! It was a perfect location and we loved the apartment. The only small thing was the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied but that was it. Would love to return!

Die Unterkunft war super und hatte alles was man brauchte. Toller Blick vom Wohnzimmer aus. Die Anlage ist super gelegen, nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand. Die Bucht in Cala Vadella ist auch super schön. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und schnell. Wir waren zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Elena. L'appartement est parfait pour un couple et un enfant. Il est situé dans une résidence calme, il y a des parkings à proximité pour la voiture, un supermarché et des restaurants, tout est à côté et se fait à pied. La vue sur la mer de la terrasse est juste magnifique. L'appartement ne manque de rien. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir lors d'un prochain séjour.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Ruime en schone slaapkamers, genoeg kastruimte en alles is aanwezig. Het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd en overal zijn gezellige hoekjes gecreëerd. Het dakterras was een mooie toevoeging, dank!

Estancia perfecta! La ubicación es increíble, hay privacidad y es una zona muy tranquila. La casa estaba impecable. Muchas gracias Varya por la atención y por las recomendaciones. Definitivamente volveremos!

Nuestra estancia en la villa fue absolutamente increíble. La casa es incluso más hermosa de lo que muestran las fotos, con un diseño impecable y todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas en Ibiza. Las vistas son espectaculares, especialmente al atardecer, y la piscina es el lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de las mejores playas y lugares de interés, pero lo suficientemente aislada para garantizar tranquilidad y privacidad. Mercedes fue excepcional, siempre disponible para responder a nuestras preguntas. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio y bien cuidado, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, recomendaría esta villa a cualquiera que busque una experiencia inolvidable en Ibiza. ¡Espero volver pronto!

We were a group of 7 mates and had a great time at the Villa!! Rooms are good sized with plenty of storage space. Kitchen is well stocked with kitchen equipments and white goods. BBQ area is amazing and the pool..well it was worth it 😊. Place is close to number of supermarkets as well as the beach which have numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. You won’t be disappointed with this Villa! 😊👍🏼

Spacious house that’s walking distance to a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea and Llumbi is a wonderful restaurant. He let Lola - the cat - stay with us and she enhanced the stay.

Un séjour de rêve à Ibiza ! La maison était si belle qu’on a failli oublier de sortir (même avec la plage à deux pas). Terrasse parfaite pour des soirées sous les étoiles, piscine pour se la couler douce, et déco digne d’un magazine. L’hôte, Carlos a été très cool et a veillé à notre confort!

We stayed at this villa for a weekend and it was just perfect, it’s so spacious for 4 people! It’s a little in the middle of nowhere but taxis were able to find it no problem and it’s very close to a main town. Would highly recommend!

Really nice place. We felt immediately like home. Nice view with the pool. We really enjoyed it. As the description say it’s more for 6 than 8. But we loved it at lot. I really recommend it
