Vacation rentals in Sant Joanet

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Haltestellen zum ÖPNV. Sie ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet auch alles, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt und man bekommt proaktiv alle wichtigen Informationen und gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended!!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Dino was heel vriendelijk. De woning was mooi, nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Extra fijn dat er een hekje geplaatst kon worden voor het zwembad ivm onze peuter. De buitenkeuken, altijd een plek mogelijk in de zon of schaduw, airco, zonwering en horren maakte het perfect. Nogmaals bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.

Duidelijke video en instructies om het appartement te vinden. Verder was het appartement was netjes en proper, goed opgeruimd. Ligt in een rustige omgeving, supermarkt, restaurants en de zee ligt allemaal zeer dichtbij. Bij aankomst miste ik wel enkele basis hygiene dingen zoals een WC-rol en een beetje handzeep. Verder was alles prima in orde!

A good little spot to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer, and just as described. The area the apartment is in is just off the Rincon De Loix, quite near Lidl, so it's very handy to be able to get a few cheap bits in there for the cupboard (rather than buying from those overpriced convenience stores around the city). It's in a quiet area although we did hear a bit of noise from the other apartments but I suppose this is to be expected, nothing that ruined our holiday though. The bed was comfy, and there was a good sized TV with Premium YouTube etc, and everything we needed was there for us. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, watching the doves flying around while having a coffee, although it does get hot out there once the Sun arcs round and hits it full on (great if you need to dry some clothes though if traveling light). Anyway we had a great time (Benidorm in February, was as good as ever, we saw countless live acts in just a few days) and Chris & Marie kept us informed throughout.

El piso se corresponde en todo con lo detallado, 3 cuartos amplios , 2 wc completos , salón con terraza… Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin problema. Todo muy limpio , camas cómodas . A la vuelta de la esquina hay un súper , 3 panadería/pastelerias, y un poco más adelante el paseo marítimo con infinidad de opciones para comer. Se encuentra en 2 fila al mar pero son 5 min andando y llegas a la playa , de arena y muy buena para niños. Tiene garaje para un coche grande que facilita todo. Roberto estuvo pendiente de nosotros y contestó rápido a mis preguntas. Tuvo flexibilidad en los horarios . Vino a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos todo el piso .
