Villa vacation rentals in Sannat

I cannot recommend the villa highly enough. Kathleen was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From arriving at the villa, we felt at home. We arrived at around 10.45 at night and there was milk, bread, butter, ham, tea, and coffee left for us. Polly and Raymond (Kathleen’s parents) who live on the first floor were so kind and considerate. They provided beach towels, clean sheets etc. during our stay. However, we had our own entrance/exit and essentially this meant that our living area was totally private. For those who might be renting a villa to avoid crowds/people etc., I can assure you that the pool area was for our own use only and was absolutely beautiful for a quiet relaxing break. The best seal of approval that can be given to a product/property is repeat business. I can say hand on heart that the next time I return to Malta, this is the first place I will check to stay. Amazing Host. Beautiful place and soo calm around. Swimming pool has got a good size for every morning workout. 6 meters long. 1m - 2.2 meters deep. Beautiful see view and if you lucky you can see smoke from the Etna volcano in Sicily. Villa is very close to the bus stops. Very close to the local fresh bakery. 10 minutes drive to Lidl in Victoria. We did enjoy every evening by the swimming pool. Also we did have few times BBQ. Air conditioning in every room. Working good. Thank you Sue. You were amazing as a Host.

Chociaż nie spotkaliśmy się z Gabrielem, zawsze był pomocny i szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości, a nasz pobyt był jak najbardziej bezproblemowy. Sam dom jest przestronny i klimatyczny. Zdjęcia z oferty są dokładne. Basen raczej pod dzieci, które umieją pływać (1,5m-2,3m).

Wir waren etwas über 2 Wochen bei Alexander. Wir waren zu viert und dafür war das Haus sehr großzügig. Es ist ideal für 6- 8 Personen. Die Zeit verging im Nu im Dar Sara! Eine ideale Lage um auf Gozo alles schnell zu erreichen, gleichzeitig aber auch fern ab des Trubels von Victoria und wirklich ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist modern, sauber und bietet alles für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Alexander war immer sofort erreichbar bei Fragen und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns Dank ihm gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!! Wir hatten jedenfalls eine unvergessliche Zeit und einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft Alexander!!!

Se volete passare qualche giorno in un paesino tranquillo e caratteristico in compagnia di amici o se avete una famiglia numerosa, la casa di Harriet farà al caso vostro. Ogni camera ha il bagno privato e gli spazi conviviali sono perfetti da vivere insieme. Poi se la piscina fosse stata riscaldata sarebbe stata veramente la ciliegina sulla torta. Consigliatissima!

What a lovely rustic house with an amazing view! We really enjoyed your autumn holidays here. The weather was good and the pool warm enough for us. Mariella was very friendly and everything went well.

The pictures and description don’t do the house justice. It far exceeded our expectations and Anna couldn’t have been more helpful. Outstanding communication, and instructions, super helpful giving guides as to what’s in the area and local shops, lots of little touches in the house that make it super easy to stay in and so well equipped. You can literally turn up with the clothes you are wearing and you would be fine. Absolutely stunning traditional Gozo house, and one of the best if not the best air B&b I’ve stayed in. It’s was perfect for our group and we often didn’t leave the house as it was so wonderful. Rose Marie the housekeeper was super helpful and the welcome pack was a very welcome addition. We will most definitely be back.

Eddie was great, looked after us and made us feel at home. As a group of 11 boys looking for a relaxing weekend, this villa was perfect! Bolt/uber is so cheap, it’s never an issue getting around

We had an absolutely amazing time at is-Settah 2 Villa in Gozo. The villa was gorgeous, super clean, well equipped and so spacious that comfortably fit 14 adults and 3 small kids. It had everything we need including high chair and 3 cots for the little ones. The heated indoor pool was just perfect on rainy days and the outdoor area was great on sunny days. The garden is beautiful and definitely a rare find in Malta and Gozo. Graziella was very reachable, answered all our questions. We had a small issue with 1 of the water heaters- yet the problem was fixed on the same day. This is a perfect place if you are looking for something for bigger groups of families/friends. Thank you Graziella for all your help, we had a memorable stay and will definitely be back:)

We could not have picked a better place to stay for our week in Malta. Finding one home for 8 adults can be tough, but this house was great. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and overall space for everyone. The outdoor area was so nice to have a break from a busy day. We did have issues with some of the AC units, but Monika was always quick to respond and get a technician out to address the issue. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags at the house while we went and explored before check in time. Monika met us to give instructions on the house and also sent local recommendations. The location was spectacular. Although some noise as night as well as construction across the street, overall it was fairly quiet. A very short walk to a supermarket, as well as plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and waterfront access. I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Sandra is the perfect host. The communication was very good. Sandra even called me on the day of arrival to ask if everything was going well and that she had prepared sandwiches for us - this is exceptional. The house is very spacious and the view from the terrace is beautiful. We had a great time.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Andrew. Le logement est spacieux, bien entretenu et bien équipé avec une très belle terrasse avec piscine et grand barbecue. Logement idéal pour un groupe d'amis ou une grande famille. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine. Une belle adresse à retenir !

Reuben, is a super host, he goes out of his way to help. The farmhouse is spacious enough for 8 people, views are breath taking and it's a very quiet area. Would surely recommend and visit again in the near future.

We stayed here while visiting Malta for a music festival, and the location was perfect for our needs. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be the kitchenware. For such a large house designed to accommodate multiple guests, it would be helpful to have a more generous supply; there were only a few of each item. Additionally, having basic cleaning products available would make a big difference. We were asked to wash the towels before leaving, but there was very little detergent provided, and even finding a cloth to wipe down surfaces was a challenge. For the price, I wouldn’t expect to have to supply these essentials myself. That said, the overall experience was very positive, and we would definitely stay again. This is noted in the welcome pack, but you may incur additional charges (reasonable) for electricity. This isn’t something I’ve had to do before with other stays. Thank you for having us!

If you are considering booking this villa for your holiday absolutely do it! The villa itself is exceptional, the hosts very helpful and if we could give more than 5 stars we would! The villa has been beautifully renovated and has all the modern appliances while maintaining the character of Gozo. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room, dining room and kitchen area as a family of 5 we had plenty of space. The outdoor area is fantastic with a pool, beautifully surroundings, table and chairs, sun loungers with comfy cushions, outdoor shower plus an outdoor toilet which was absolutely perfect for us with 3 children meaning we weren't trailing water indoors. The hosts greeted us on arrival and kept in touch throughout, unfortunately there were power cuts across the island but they did everything possible to make us comfortable. We absolutely recommend the hosts and the villa it has everything you could want. Thank you for making this a wonderful holiday! We look forward to returning

La casa è splendida, fa parte di un complesso di 6 villette a schiera su 3 livelli, ogni stanza ha il suo bagno e la pulizia è molto buona. Comodissimi il salone e la cucina e la piastra/bbq all'esterno bordo piscina. Il parcheggio con accesso diretto a casa è un ottimo plus. Se posso dare un consiglio a Simona è quello di curare un pochino in più i dettagli, fornire condimenti base, caffè e tè non scaduti, almeno una tovaglia, qualche bagnodoccia e magari qualche asciugamano per la piscina alzerebbe di molto l'indice di gradimento degli ospiti

Fabulous hosts, great communication. Lovely home. Great WiFi. Great quiet AC in all bedrooms. Wonderful character full property. Extremely noisy cicadas from sunrise to sunset nonstop! Spoilt the sunbathing possibilities for us unfortunately as they are in all the bushes and trees by the pool and constantly noisy between 70-90db until the sun goes down. I don’t like to mention it because they are such lovely hosts and such a beautiful property but it was too much for us!

Excellent house for our family of 6. All necessary amenities are available. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Kelly and her family are extremely kind responsive. If you don’t have a car, note that nearest supermarket is around 1 km away and downtown are with all restaurants etc approximately 1,5 km away.

We all thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hofra. The kids loved the pool and we loved the adequately stocked kitchen and barbecue. The two sides of the house made it perfect for two families to be together yet independent. Altogether a very functional and pleasant accommodation 👍🏽

Characterful rustic farmhouse, great pool and well laid-out outside space giving a choice of sun and shade. Comfortable beds and good showers. Kitchen is quite basic but was fine for 4 guests to cook dinners most nights. It was 24-26 degrees and we didn't need the aircon at all. Raymond was responsive and overall a very straightforward experience. Gharb is an attractive village but is relatively out of the way (by Gozo standards) - to get almost anywhere you have to go through Victoria which can be a battle. If driving, it's easier and more scenic to approach the house past Ta Pinu than via the village square. Parking in the small cul-de-sac was fiddly but always available when we needed it, or you can use the large garage. The only downside is that there's no real soundproofing so between the church bells, the neighbours' aviary, and the dogs and agricultural tools across the road it could be noisy and Gozitans (and their birds) start early. We'd certainly consider staying again.
