Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sanmin District

The room is very clean, the overall environment of the room is also very comfortable, the space is also just the size of the space, I will go again if I have the opportunity after that, the cp value is high

Second time living (room type with bathtub for this stay) It's a temporary year looking for a place to stay on this side of the place, which is a nice addition to the previous guest's temporary check-out, so you can live there. Pretty much what other occupants have commented on Bad smell comes from pipes and outside the windows (the smell of food fumes accumulated in the restaurant logistics) Unit 105 does smell.(Later communicated with host immediately provided air freshener for use, thank you) (But I still have it myself to buy deodorizing spray once in the room) Midnight hours 10: 00-4: 00 From time to time you hear critters running around the ceiling and behind the locked cabinet. Sometimes woke up. (It wasn't too loud to stay at 104 before, 105 was in such a condition.) This time, due to the age of staying for nearly a dozen days, I may not have encountered a room without changing bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels for more than a dozen days. The convenience of this bnb for a long time in and check out has always been appreciated to have such a space. The common spaces are clean, but some corners of the rooms will have old marks, especially in the wood with a lot of humidity in the bathroom.I don't mind if it differs from person to person. Overall very good location, response issues were quickly responded to. Would like to stay in other room types in the future.(Personal experience is for documentation only)

Spacious & clean, very comfortable. Host is responsive & friendly. Just opposite railway station, less than 10 mins drive to key locations.

Near the center of Kaohsiung, with a long list of restaurants and only a short metro ride to everywhere including the international airport, and the more tourist places like Qijin District and Shoushan National Natural Park.

We had an amazing experience staying here for 2.5 months! Our host was incredibly welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. His communication was clear and consistent, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The place was comfortable and well-kept, and he made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and attentive host!

Very good accommodation! For a weekend it's perfect, Cy is very kind and caring and answers your questions quickly. Ubikes are available in a park 30 m from the accommodation which compensates for the fact that it is a little far from the stations. I would recommend this listing. 🙂👍

As long as you’re okay with an older building and room, this is a fantastic option. It’s super convenient, with easy access to everything you might need. The host was very responsive, and right outside, you’ll find plenty of small local shops, convenience stores, and a major shopping center. Plus, if you need to get around, it’s right next to the light rail stop, which connects to the main station. Highly recommend, especially if you plan on staying for a long time and are looking for something more cost effective.

This great little apartment is perfectly situated for anyone attending shows at Kaohsiung Arena, which is about 7 mins walk away. It’s also close to the local underground station- that’s 10 mins walk away. Very easy to get to from the airport. It was clean and tidy, and the friendly host met us for key handover, and left us very good instructions for all the amenities. I highly recommend this apartment. We paid a little more, as we used both bedrooms, but we were two single friends travelling together and that was what we needed.

Absolutely fantastic apartment for a remote worker like me. Great internet speed and a nice big desk. Loved having the big TV to watch movies or shows on in the evenings and the view out of the window onto the harbour is great as well. Everything is brand new and kept very very clean. 7-11 right downstairs, grocery store nearby, and plenty of restaurants and shops as well. Will 100% come back here on my next trip to Kaohsiung!

Very close to Xin Zuoying station, very easy to commute and good life function.The house is very clean and very comfortable.

One of the most secure rooms in the city. Comes with a built in alarm and a panic button in one of the two rooms. I was placed on the 19th floor and had a killer view. Although my stay was brief for one night the host was kind and magnanimous. Each room comes with its own bathroom and a door lock for privacy. There’s a kitchen with provided utensils and dinning table. 👍🏼

Nice place with lots of room for our family of 5. We rented a car, and the free parking space in the garage was very convenient. There is a breakfast place only 1 block away that is run by 3 ladies, and it's good and very cheap. The host is very responsive and answered all my questions quickly.

The apartment is cosy, quiet, and centrally located. There are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket and the main MRT transfer station within a few minutes walk.
