Absolutely perfect! The accommodation exceeded our expectations — everything was spotlessly clean, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, with smooth and pleasant communication throughout. We truly appreciated the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the amenities exceeded expectations, and everything worked flawlessly. The only minor inconvenience was that one of the rooms didn’t have a door, only a doorway, which was a bit tricky with a baby. Nevertheless, we would absolutely love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The house is very idyllically located and fits well in the area. From the numerous outdoor seating options, the Vienna Woods are very easy to see. There is almost no traffic noise. The property, the house and the furniture are maintained with a lot of love and care. Everything works perfectly. When we arrived, we immediately got a good tip for a walk. We weren't promised too much.

The place was very nice, modern, and quite close to Vienna. We loved it, we didn't mind not being right in Vienna. Next time we go here, we'll be sure to arrange this place again.

Was a very nice home in the Austrian countryside. Came here after a long bike trip and it was a perfect cozy getaway. Home was clean and well-prepared, beds were also extremely comfortable. Great host as well.

This place is more than home. Extremely clean and loaded with all you need. Very clean and very nicely furnished. The owners are very nice and very kind. They try to help as much as they can to make our stay pleasant. The home is big and excellent for families. In short, if you are looking for a place to stay near Krems, this is the place. We arrived for 2 days with 4 kids for hiking purposes. It was perfect for that. Inside, the apartment is completely as described and pictured. The micro was missing. The house and yard from the outside seem a little neglected, uninhabited, and we weren't sure if we really needed to come in here. The kids, on the other hand, loved it. Comfortable, good value inside, we'd love to go again.

We felt like home in the spaceous apartment. It was clean and cozy and easy to park with our car. Just a few things that need to be developed: -the coffee capsules were expired - there was no capsules for the dishwasher, the neighbour gave us some - it would be nice to have one more hook for the towels in the bathroom -some more basic kitchen things ( salt, pepper, oil, tea, sugar) would be useful We enjoyed our staying and also recommend it to others.

We loved Markus's place as an assiduously clean, broadly accommodating, hermitically quiet and private, and meticulously well appointed place, and as an excellent launching point to shopping and restaurants in Wien. Markus's place also offers excellent back porch seating for contemplative reading and conversation. We also felt very enabled to do both distance walking and jogging with excellent elevation gain and mystical, magical high meadow views. So many ungulates! If you as a guest like your stay bright, clean, and emerald green, a stay infused with the energies, radiance and vibrance of sprightly natural woodlands and high pasture Austria, Markus's place is for you. Markus himself struck us as gentle, caring, deeply humble and reachable; as much, Markus is cautious to grant you quiet and privacy, consciously safeguarding these experiences for you. Martha is a super hostess, I was now in the apartment in Pressbaum for the second time. Very good for relaxing and you are in the Vienna Woods in a minute, where you can go hiking. Pressbaum is a nice little place, there are also shops and cafes, ideal for those seeking peace, very happy to come back. Thank you!

Beautiful (remote) place, well equipped with complete kitchen, bathroom, etc. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the nice views at the house and the road towards the house. The owners were very supportive in helping us. Recommended!

I recommend. Beautiful village by the Danube, lots of possibilities to implement. A wide network of bike paths took us through vast vineyards and apricot orchards. Pleasant accommodation in a quiet location.
