Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sankt Englmar

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

In the lovingly restored blacksmith's shop we found a very enchanting and quiet place. Rustic and just right to disconnect from the noise of the big city for a few days. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. In the house is everything you need, a modern bathroom and in contrast to this a rustic room with wood-burning stove where you can cook great. We felt very comfortable with Carmen and Franz and will be back for sure.

We spent an extended weekend in the house and we enjoyed it super well. The house was a little hard to find but with directions from the hostess it worked. It may make sense that coordinates are passed on here so that you can navigate better. Arrived was nicely eaten by a fire. Very well equipped kitchen! Everything is available outside as described. Fire pits, hot tub to heat with wood (very nice!) and a new sauna. Rooms are also really nice and everything is so nice and quiet. House is the last one in the street (the gravel path). The children were able to move freely outside. An all-round successful stay. Thanks for that and gladly again :)

We had a really nice stay at this cozy house. It offers many lovingly furnished rooms where you can spend a really relaxing time. The hosts are super friendly, we felt comfortable all around! A small note about the sauna: this is very nice and spacious, but has problems with temperature due to the design. The large glass wall doesn't really insulate. The starting fee for the sauna is €5, which allows you an hour of sauna time. After this time, however, the temperature in the sauna is only 70-75 degrees. After another hour (€5) you get to 80-85 degrees. For sporadic sauna singers, this may be sufficient, passionate "saunders" will not get their money's worth here. It was fine for us, all this was just as information for future guests.

The house is great though mine it's not a strand alone house – it's a half of a house (the half is host's parents). It still has a separate entrance and enough privacy. Also there is no air conditioning but you rarely need it in Germany

We had a very nice and relaxing short vacation here as a family with two teenagers and a dog. We found exactly what we were looking for here. Quickly accessible excursion destinations are also available, despite the rather quiet location of the house. The house, garden and views are great. We were all very comfortable.

The place was really beautiful. We all had a great time. I recommend it to everyone. The only thing I would recommend to bring robes. The hot tub circles around the hut. The rooms were spacious and clean scented. Bathrooms were clean enough supplies. Fully equipped kitchen. I can recommend 10z10 to everyone. Mainly the peace of mind, we all had a great rest.

Absolutely recommendable accommodation to those who want to forego the hustle and bustle of downtown Passau. Ingenious location right on the Inn with views to the old town, bike path as well as bus stop in front of the door, on foot in 10 minutes in the center. The house is fully equipped with what you need and still has not lost its old charm. An absolute highlight is the enchanted garden where you can relax and work superbly. A nice, casual and open shared apartment, where you are also very welcome as a short-term guest.

Maximilian's house really looks exactly like the pictures, if not better. He is a very accommodating host who is super easy to reach and inquires about the well-being of his guests. We are happy to recommend this place to stay, especially with the view from the hot tub.

Wonderful little place near the Inn river in Passau. Jakob was very friendly and helpful my entire stay, and tried to make my visit comfortable and easy. I highly recommend!

Price/performance absolutely great. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped with cutlery. If you want to use the coffee maker -> you have to bring your own filters. The sleeping area cannot be darkened, should that bother anyone. We got up with the sun anyway. The location is perfect for bike tours and hikes directly from the house.

We were so happy with everything. The place is lovely, clean, cozy and mega large. The area is super quiet, you can relax very well there. We had everything you need in a place to stay. Katrin is super sweet and immediately helped if you wanted to know something or needed something. You immediately feel comfortable in this place and we were really sad when we had to leave again. We will certainly come back.

Very cozy cabin, well equipped, oven, sauna and bath tub were a delight at freezing winter temperatures. Great location for winter sports or hiking holidays. Very nice communication. In any case, we remember this very, very nice place!

What a dream Airbnb! We were there from Fri-So (4 friends) and felt completely comfortable. The place was super clean, lovingly decorated and even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The kitchen was well equipped (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, spices, etc.), there were fluffy towels, bathrobes, blankets, Wi-Fi and a parking space right in front of the house. The hostess was warm, helpful and quick to respond – even fresh wood for the pool was right there. Check-in & check-out were completely straightforward. The location is quiet, despite being close to the highway (you don't hear anything), and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are already planning our next stay – absolute recommendation! Small note: There is no oven, but that was no problem for us.
