Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sandy Point

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will be needing with bonus condiments. The bed is super comfortable! Mary and Neil are friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze and always available if I had any questions. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Meaghans place is beautiful. Beautiful inside and outside .There is a lovely peaceful vibe about the place .Everything is pristine and it's like walking into a home featured in a classy home magazine! It was lovely eating breakfast outside with the sun shining and the cows coming over to the fence to look at us .The scenery of rolling hills and cows is stunning. We stayed 3 nights and could easily have stayed longer .Its a great place to explore Wilsons prom and the surrounding places of interest .We highly recommend Meaghans place

5 stars all around for this one. Lovely host, clean and comfortable, snuggly beds, and the healthiest and most thriving indoor plants I have ever seen. Easy gateway to Wilson’s Prom, we had a nice dinner at the art deco pub with the fish on the roof down the road in walking distance, which has a nice beer garden. Highly recommended, thanks for having us!

It had everything that we needed. Using the home’s central heating was a bit confusing, however they had a gorgeous fireplace and a split A/C and oil heaters in every room. Fantastic communication and coordination to enter the house and instructions. Cheers

A truly luxe stay in such a gorgeous part of the island. The Loft is fabulous - such attention to detail in the fit-out - and the location was beautiful.

We were after a place that was quiet with a bit of luxury and we had both with this beautiful accommodation within walking distance from the water. The property was super clean and had everything we needed including fresh bread, milk, bacon and eggs. Located perfectly away from the hustle of Cowes and more populated areas yet close enough to visit all areas of the Island within minutes. We even had visits from the local possums and wallaby. We did have a bit of trouble connecting to Netflix and it stopping but when we mentioned it Max had already organised for this to be looked at seeing it was meant to of been fixed a couple of weeks earlier. Still loved this place.

Max was responsive, friendly and a fantastic host. The Boat House is quaint get eclectic at the same time with charming character. Quiet location, easily drivable to Cowes and some fantastic local walks nearby too! Would certainly stay again

Had such a wonderful easter break. The house has everything you need. It’s very comfortable. The prom is very close and sandy point is a great place to swim. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little place to stay and walking distance to the main street and the beach.

Glen empfing uns und zeiigte uns alles. Am nächsten Tag lernten wir auch Heather kennen, beide sehr nett ! Die Wohnung und der Ausblick ein Traum, wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Als Haustiere hatten wir Alpakas, die recht zutraulich waren. Gerne wieder !

Great place in a nice traditional part of Cowes. Perfectly maintained and well equipped, great shower, good beds and welcoming to pets. Lovely little front yard too. Highly recommended. And kahli is a great, responsive host.

John's place was fantastic, offering a magnificent view that made our stay even more special. Before check-in, John provided clear instructions, making the process seamless and stress-free. At the end of our stay, he even took the time to stop by, say hello, and ensure everything met our expectations. Highly recommended!

A very handy place to stay for a race weekend. Has all the expected amenities for the price point. A little wear and tear but nothing unexpected. Very responsive hosts which was important because I booked last minute!

Such a lovely stay. Lian (host) communication was flawless; it was a last minute getaway and it ran smoothly. Also, I had some questions throughout the visit and he was super attentive and lovely when supporting me. I would definitely recommend, such a lovely warm place to stay close to everything. I’ll definitely come back again.
