This house is great! Unbelievable beach. Walking distance to several restaurants! Close to several grocery stores/markets. We had Carey's Ultimate Care (recommended by Kelita) come in for massages in the back yard. Unbelievable. Highly recommend. Just phenomenal. We also used Chef Hodges and his staff for a private chef one night. Definitely would recommend! His food and his outstanding personality were a highlight of our trip. Dolce Vita, Sandbar, and Roy's next door were amazing. Go to Sunshine Shack in Rendezvous Bay. Best chicken I have ever eaten and beach view to die for. The bedrooms have AC. The upstairs kitchen area does not but with the doors open in the common areas, we had no issues. My biggest complaint is the kitchen. It is NOT well stocked at all. It needs attention with basics. Honestly it was hard to cook in this kitchen if that is what you are looking for. The pool was not what pics portrayed. But honestly we did not miss the pool!! Nadia was great!!

Amélie's place is perfection. I've been coming to Sint Maarten for over 20 years, and have stayed all over the island and this is easily my favorite location, and place to stay. Simpson Bay beach is one of the best on the island, and I think its probably ignored by many because its right next to the airport (this is a plus in my opinion), and there isn't much parking to go visit for the day. But if you are staying DIRECTLY on the beach, like Amélie's apartment is, it is ideal....gorgeous beach, super long for great walks, perfect sand, clear, calm water. There are a couple of beach bars/restaurants very close by, but when you set up your chair right in front of the apartment, its very mellow, feels like you have the beach to yourself. The apartment is great, very clean, well maintained, and the private deck is perfect with an incredible view. Amelie was easy to communicate with. I hope I am lucky enough to find this place available for my stay in the future, its perfect

My 10-night stay was perfect! Perfect location and very private. Host is extremely responsive. The house has extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc. that help you to pack less. The location is wonderful and close to many nice restaurants and to town. I enjoyed putting the food outside at nightfall for Calico the outdoor cat who waited patiently for me to do so! Highly recommend this house to stay in!

A perfect Airbnb experience. The apartment was perfect for two couples. Choice of an amazing beach or very welcoming pool setting. Kevin was a perfect host. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had a great stay in a great place. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Pool and beach area were better than you can imagine. Overall, very relaxing, beautiful and clean Rental.

Julia is a true superhost. She is super responsive, super friendly, and super helpful! The place is clean and located in a beautiful part of the Grand Case beach. We highly recommend finding a place on the beach where you can truly enjoy the views and ocean breeze. Julia was very gracious and sourced us a new kettle for boiling water. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with a kettle and we make tea and coffee with a kettle multiple times a day. She dropped it off without us requesting one, we only asked if there was a kettle. This is an example of a superhost: someone who cares about your experience and is willing to help make it as enjoyable as possible.

Our stay for 10 days we wonderful! The condo was exactly as described and easy to find with the check-in information provided through AirBnB. The complex was quiet and pleasant and we really enjoyed being able to choose between the pool and beach each day. I would highly recommend this condo!

Laure was a great host, she would immediately answer any questions we had. The place is stunning, right by the water. The beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I loved this place! The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed and more. We loved the balcony with gorgeous views of the water. Heather & Ryan were great hosts—very responsive, friendly, and helpful! They had a whole guide with lots of recommendations ranging from restaurants to beaches to activities, which we used a ton. Whenever we had a question, they answered immediately, and we appreciated that they checked in on how we were liking our stay. If we come back to St Maarten, we will be sure to stay with Heather & Ryan again!

Gwen the property manager was key to making our trip successful. Antonio house was exactly what we needed for our family of 4. We have traveled a lot and this Island was one of our favorites. Highly recommend this house and Island.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Ariana's place. The house is beautiful and overlooks the bay. Everything you need for a short or long stay is in the apartment. Everything was very clean and tidy and Ariana was very welcoming. It is on a main road, but one can easily walk to beaches or shopping. A good place to end our trip to this beautiful island!

Prior to our arrival Marie had texted me with complete instructions for our arrival to the Nettle Bay Beach Club location. Marie took time in showing us around the 2 homes. Both homes were completely updated and very nicely furnished. Very clean, bright and airy. Modern appliances fully stocked kitchen cabinets with crockery and all. Marie was very thorough in also sharing local dining options and local vendors. Our family stayed here very comfortably here for 1 week. The Nettle Bay Beach Club is a clean and modern private (gated) community with private pools. A beautiful resort that is 15 minutes from SXM airport. Close to grocery and convenience stores. Thank you Marie so much for being such a wonderful host.
