We had great days staying at Rômulo's accommodation, cozy atmosphere, super clean and with all necessary utensils, the house is also well located with easy access to several beaches. The host was super communicative and attentive, he also pointed us to great tours that we enjoyed a lot! And in the end we still got super cute souvenirs from Arraial, a 10!

The host is very friendly, she always responded promptly to our questions. We enjoyed the place. We would recommend warning people to bring mosquito repellent for those who do not consider it a priority.

Excellent accommodation! We were greeted by Enil, who was super friendly, attentive and very warm. She was always attentive so that we didn't miss anything. They were flexible with the arrival, as we arrived before check-in time and they had no problem. The accommodation for 2 is spectacular, very complete, comfortable, ultra clean, smells very good and the kitchen has no stove but Enil lent us an electric one that we used very well. At night there may be some annoying mosquitoes, at least at this time (May), but with a little repellent it is solved. The neighborhood is beautiful, very quiet and close to everything, in 10-15 minutes you can walk everywhere. The air conditioning has an extra cost but it was not necessary at all, with the ceiling fan it was perfect. They also provide you with bottles of mineral water, at an extra cost, but it saves you from having to go and buy them. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Kitinet which is exactly as described in the photos, all very clean, organized and with excellent bedding and towels. The location is great, really very close to the beach, not the hottest beach of conzios, but for those who like to take a walk or take their drink to the beach and enjoy a day in a paradisiacal place, this is the place! The attention of Gean and Marianna were exceptional, we love everything and we intend to come back!!!

Excellent accommodation, very well located on the main avenue, which allowed you to take the bus meters from the entrance of the inn. It is also very accessible on foot, you have beaches nearby and the center 15/20 min walk. The area is quiet for walking at any time. The facilities of the place were very comfortable, and when we were welcomed they helped us with a lot of directions about the place and local activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal place when there is an event in the center / square Santos Dumont , quiet condominium, near , good street and the very welcoming hosts, I am used to renting Airbnb , it felt like home .......... only suggestion in the window above , put a black-out on the curtain , plus I considered the space a 1000.

Great hosting, according to photos! Great location, quiet, clean place. The only thing he left wanting was the internet that didn't reach the apartment, but easily resolved with the hotel internet that picks up in the leisure areas! More than recommended.

The accommodation is exactly as described, perfect space for a couple. A spectacular location, a few minutes walk to Praia Dos Anjos and Marina dos Anjos (where you can take boat rides), Praia do Forno and Praia Grande. The area's plaza is also nearby, which at night has a lot of life and options for eating and spending a pleasant time. Very good restaurants in all price ranges. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a good stay, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, air conditioning, spacious and clean bathroom. Hedilan is an excellent host, very attentive, she responds very quickly to any questions or concerns, we had no problems with the apartment because everything worked 10/10 but I'm sure if there were any, her response time would be just as good. In addition to everything, they have a tourism agency right next door and help you coordinate everything for the tours if you are interested. He was very friendly and flexible with check-out. I would definitely COME BACK

I recently stayed in this loft in Arraial do Cabo and the experience was great! The location is simply perfect — it is very close to the main beaches, such as Praia dos Anjos and Prainha, and also close to markets, pharmacies and great restaurants. You can do a lot on foot, which makes it much easier. The loft is well decorated, modern and very comfortable, ideal for a couple. Everything was very clean and organized, with equipped kitchen and quality wifi. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, great for those looking to relax. The host was attentive and helpful, always available to ask questions and give tips about tours, such as the famous boat ride to Farol Beach and Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia. I highly recommend and would definitely come back!!!

After this stay it will be difficult for me to choose another one in Arraial do Cabo. The host elevated our experience with an impeccable, welcoming, cozy, clean, practical and very well located location. great house, close to the beach, all close to help. Mr Afrânio and Mr Marcos were very friends, were willing to help the check in be faster due to my 6-month-old son, a clean and cozy place, he meets everything that is proposed in the listing, easy access, quiet without much noise around and in 3 minutes walking you are on the beach or even msm in the square, once again I recommend with my eyes closed, we will be back soon...😉

Loft is cute, I highly recommend it. He was clean when we arrived, is well equipped and the gatekeepers of the building welcomed us very well. The location is perfect, everything is close and it is easy to visit the far corners of the city and the surroundings as well. It has bakery, pharmacy, convenience store, beverage distributor, restaurants, botecos, tour company for boat trips and etc. Outside the beach of the fort which is two blocks away! My recommendation for other people is that they take the air conditioning in warmer times, it is a super fair value more in the daily rate and the thermal comfort pays too much. Sonia is a great host too, always willing to answer our questions and solve any problem that comes up. Thank you, Sonia! When we get back to Cabo Frio, let's try to stay there again for sure!
