Vacation rentals with a hot tub in San Sai District

This house is modern and clean and really lovely. We had an amazing stay in Jedyod and will definitely be booking this place again the next time we're in Chiang Mia!

Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful and had everything we needed, Katie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We enjoyed chatting with Katie's dad, too. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast and the laundry. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

I stayed at Patrica's accommodation with a family of 6 ^ ^ I had a pleasant trip for 4 nights and 5 days in a peaceful accommodation! The place was so clean and it was nice to have everything you needed! My parents loved it!!! It was close to Maya Mall, so I went to Maya Mall every day. Lastly, I asked to adjust the checkout time because the flight was in the afternoon, and Patrica accepted it willingly. Thank you so much!!! I'll visit again next time.😊😊😊

This place is perfect, if you want to be in a walkable area to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Our group of seven (7) had plenty of space to spread out. FYI, there are 4 floors which equals lots of stairs. The on-site greeter, Lucy, was VERY helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. If ever in the area again, I’ll book this property!

It was very comfortable to stay in, the garden was comfortable, and the bedding was good.Tatami was thoughtfully arranged for the children, and the whole check-in process felt that people were taken care of in a foreign country.A recliner in the special master bedroom, and it's a good idea to lie down on the shaft circle!It is convenient to go anywhere nearby, and it is quiet.The airplane sound was okay, it didn't affect it, and the kids were so happy.Every day, hygiene is very timely, I👍🏻 will come back again, recommend it to friends!Feel like you're staying at a friend's home and well taken care of!

The house was exactly as described, and the owner and housekeeper were in close contact with us, preparing a lot of steamed water for us to use during our stay

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

It was actually much more spacious and nice than in the photos. The host, Bo, was also really kind and treated me really well. It was my first time in Chiang Mai and I was worried if the accommodation was weird because I was going with a large family, but I was very satisfied. I think it was a safe place to be close to all the restaurants and super convenience stores nearby. If you have a large family or a large group, I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful house, very comfortable bed. Loved the bathroom as well. Very silent at night. Walking distance to all the places of interest in the center of chiang Mai. The host is very kind as well.

fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

The accommodation in this villa was very reassuring and we had a great stay, we found the location according to the maps not the problem - but we drove with our motorcycle. Food/drink can be bought about 500 meters from the cottage, there are a lot of local grocery stores, but the kitchen has a lot of equipment so you can also cook something. Very comfortable bed and nice bedding. Hot tub great for an evening as well. We have nothing to complain about, but you have to count that it is in nature.

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

The house to stay this time really made me feel right at home!The room is clean and tidy, very warmly arranged, and every detail can feel the host's heart.From the comfort of the bedding to the full kitchen facilities, even the small items were thoughtfully prepared and completely exceeded expectations! The host was super timely and friendly with patient answers to questions from booking to checkout. Will definitely choose here again if I ever come back to Chiang Mai!Highly recommend to all travelers, definitely won't regret choosing this place ~
