New apartment, very bright, well-equipped, located in the heart of the city, 4 blocks to km.0 and steps to the city's main avenue. You enter by stairs. Very safe! Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, Casino Tower, and local tour agencies are nearby. Public transportation is close to tourist places and the bus station is approximately 1.3 km away. Garages 150 meters away in case the guest wants to hire separately during their stay!

The bedroom is designed with a wooden ceiling and light-colored brick walls. A spacious bed is adorned with a decorative blanket, and bedside tables with lamps are placed on either side. A mirrored wardrobe reflects the natural light from the window.
