Great venue for a large group in a fun neighborhood

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

This house is a dream! It is very well designed, very comfortable in all the spaces and the terrace with a beautiful sun all day long is the best part. Rodrigo was an excellent host, he welcomed us very well and was attentive at all times! They left us beautiful welcome gifts! I have no doubt that I will be back!! Lucía has always been very reactive and flexible during our stay. The apartment is great: spacious, clear, and with an amazing terrace and view over the Congress. The location is convenient, as central and connected to lots of interesting areas of Buenos Aires.

This place is exactly as it is described. The apt is simple, but it has everything for 1 or 2 people to stay in downtown BA comfortably. It is a great value for the money

Great location to get to any tourist spot on foot! Very nice place, hot shower, utensils available. Jorge, co-host, very helpful and concerned about our well-being. He responds quickly to questions, and gave clear instructions on entering and leaving the building, and other amenities of the apartment.

The apartment is exactly as described on Airbnb. The apartment is very comfortable and tasteful. Everything matches the photos exactly. The owner's claim of "the best view of Buenos Aires" is exactly what it is. A beautiful view of the 9 de Julho avenue to the Obelisk. Everything nearby, excellent location. The owner is very quick to respond and very helpful. We are very pleased and we will be back for sure.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

Excellent apartment, very new, clean and very comfortable. Everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Very bright and quiet living room. The perfect area, with many excellent restaurants and a multitude of shops but, at the same time, very quiet. Feeling of a safe zone. In short, everything was very good.

Very well located apartment with all the necessary amenities. With a Jumbo market right in front. Excellent shower. Small but functional kitchen. The washing machine was very useful. Easy to walk to the entire center and close to several bus stops. I'd stay again.

We had a fantastic stay ! The place was exactly as described - clean,cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants.
