We had a great stay at the villa. There was plenty of space for everyone, we loved the pool and surrounding areas. Gardens were well maintained. Hosts very attentive. All round fantastic stay. Thanks again for making us feel welcome.

My friend and I stayed at this beautiful apartment in May for a long weekend to see a mutual friend who lives in Elveria, so as I go regularly it is nice to find a comfortable place to return to, and I will! Bright and cheerful and immaculately clean, exactly like the photos. Isabelle provided towels and beach towels so was easy to come for a few days with a carry on suitcase. It is 2 minutes to the beach and a welcoming new beach bar at the bottom of the road. Nikki beach is over the road but did not intrude in any way, we walked on the beach every morning to find beach bars for breakfast and coffee (plentiful). The pool area was lovely with well maintained gardens and a pool bar for snacks and drinks, again very tranquil. All in all I would definitely recommend and go back as I have stayed in lots of apartments in the area and this was the best by far. All in all the apartment is well equipped with everything you need and you’re sure to have a fabulous time!

We always like to give an honest review of the places we stay in as I would appreciate it from other travellers. First off Carols and his wife are great hosts. They are responsive and helpful. The location of this place is what sells it. It’s pretty much on the beach and boardwalk and very close to old town Marbella. Perfect location. Now a few things to be aware of. Not necessarily negative but I would have liked to have a heads up. First up parking. Yes there is free street parking but if you have any issues with parallel parking you will have to consider other options. The laneway is so freaking narrow with cars on both sides your collision sensors will be lighting up like a Christmas tree. Get the rental car insurance. Secondly since the place is on the main floor there is no outdoor seating so it can seemed closed in. Thirdly the bed is fairly hard and a double size so prepare for that if you have back issues. All in all very clean. Would recommend for a budget option.

O apartamento é muito bom, o edifício bonito e bem conservado. A Garagem coube um carro para 7 lugares bem grande. O apartamento tem todas as comodidades necessárias. A orientação para o check-in é precisa e sem erros. Fomos felizes em nossa hospedagem. Retornaria certamente.

Wow, our stay was absolutely phenomenal—even better than we could’ve imagined! This spacious, beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for our family of three plus our dog. The highlight was the stunning, large garden—an ideal spot to soak up the sun or enjoy relaxed meals at the outdoor table. The kitchen was a dream, incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed and more: a coffee machine, an espresso maker, a dishwasher, and even an electric citrus/orange juicer. The location couldn’t have been better—quick walks to the supermarket or the beach, where we found amazing restaurants and loved strolling with our dog. It’s truly a dog-friendly paradise. Parking was a breeze, with great spots available 24/7. We all had an unforgettable time, and even when a minor issue popped up, Maria, our fantastic host, resolved it remotely in record time. Her hospitality was top-notch, and we can’t wait to return - Highly, highly recommend this gem!

Z przyjemnością dzielę się bardzo pozytywną opinią na temat apartamentu, w którym mieliśmy okazję spędzić kilka cudownych dni. Miejsce absolutnie spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – apartament był w pełni wyposażony, z nowoczesnymi urządzeniami AGD i wszystkim, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Urządzony ze smakiem, w stylu, który od razu wprowadzał w wakacyjny nastrój. Dodatkowym atutem był dostęp do basenu, który okazał się prawdziwym wybawieniem w ciepłe dni – czysty, zadbany, w otoczeniu pięknej, spokojnej okolicy. Idealne miejsce na relaks! Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również właścicielka – niezwykle miła, pomocna i otwarta osoba, dzięki której od samego początku czuliśmy się bardzo mile widziani. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego, stylowego miejsca na wypoczynek w urokliwej scenerii. Na pewno tu wrócimy!

Francesca is a great host. We were allowed in her apartment with pets and really appreciated it. The apartment is spasious and well situated. Everything is in a walking distance which is rare in Estepona or Marbella. It gave us a true sense of Spanish life with football fans, local food, international company and sea shore in a few minutes walk.

El apartamento es muy bonito, grande, limpio (hay hormiguitas pequeñas en la cocina), camas cómodas, mucha luz y vistas maravillosas (montaña y mar), la terraza espectacular (ojo!! cuidado con los perros, porque recibimos la visita de un gato negro todas las tardes), zona residencial muy silenciosa, imprescindible tener coche, al estar en la ladera de la montaña, son todo cuestas, hay gente viviendo todo el año, por lo que se puede ir en cualquier momento y no te siente solo y aislado. Recomiendo anclar las macetas de la terraza, suele hacer viento fuerte y las tumba al suelo, un poco arriesgado si tienes niños jugando o perros. Recomiendo 100%

Great villa with a stunning huge garden and a beautiful pool area. Quiet area, but restaurants and supermarket close by. Perfect for a family holiday. We would definitely book it again. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful week at Andre and Andrew’s place. The location is beautiful, tranquil and relaxing, whilst being only a short drive from Casares and Estepona. The house has everything you need and more. Long days spent birdwatching, cooking and swimming in the refreshing pool. Highly recommended and we will definitely return! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back in the future. Not all the beds were as comfortable as the ones in the main room, but apart from that we had a great Christmas time and the surroundings are as beautiful as it gets.

Sairan est une hôte très accueillante. Toujours réactive lorsque l’on envoie un message. Angela a également été très gentille lors de notre arrivée. Le logement est bien placé la piscine très agréable avec suffisamment de place pour s’y baigner tranquillement. Je recommande ce logement pour passer un très bon séjour

This was our favourite stay in Spain so far! The apartment is great, nice and cool, with so many different spaces to spend time. The pool was a huge hit with our family, and we were so impressed with all of the things provided for our daughters to keep them interested and entertained. We really loved the area of the house and Volker and Romy are gems, so helpful, thorough and generous. We will absolutely come here again if we are in Marbella. We didn't want to leave!

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick von zwei Terrassen, welche zur Wohnung gehören. Super geeignet für mehrere Personen, da jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war anstandslos, sehr freundlich und zeitnah. Sogar beim Check out wurde uns entgegengekommen, danke nochmal dafür. Allem in allem eine sehr großräumige, schön eingerichtet Wohnung, in der man sich schnell wohl gefühlt hat!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa — everything was just perfect! The view was truly stunning: we could see the mountains from one side and the sea from the second floor. The villa is beautifully designed and very cozy — it feels like home. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for daily life and cooking, including a well-stocked kitchen, a barbecue, and even a first aid kit. Everything is chosen with great taste and attention to detail. The space is warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the bright, spacious kitchen — it made cooking together a joy! We’d love to come back again — thank you for such a soulful and welcoming place!
