The hosts are very friendly and helpful.If you have kids there is a huge yard to play in and a pool.The accommodation is like new and spotless. Has 3 split a/c units,one in each room,you will not be hot.The kitchenette was very useful and has a big fridge/freezer.The Dauin market is only a couple k's away.Handy if you have a scooter ,the hosts can help with that.Diving is nearby.

Great stay in a lovely apartment. Good location and with nice swimming pool and gym. Vince's communication was great and the few minor issues I had during my stay were sorted quickly and with no problems. I'd definitely stay again. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning is a little old and noisy.

Excellent condo in an excellent building! Location is solid for area amenities and the hosts were very cool too. Having access to a parking space was a big help too! Will definitely book again!!

The place is perfect for a single family having a vacation in Dumaguete. It comes with a parking space and a stable internet good for a remote worker. The room is located on the far side facing the ocean which is beautiful sight every morning at the same time far from the noise of the streets and restaurants which is perfect at night too. Both aircons are cold which is perfect for the summer heat and the whole room arrangements is good and is maximized compared to the other units in the building Looking forward to rebook the place once we are back in Dumaguete.
