If you are going to travel by plane we are 12 minutes from Oaxaca airport, 20 minutes from the center of Oaxaca by car, 4 minutes from Lasalle University, 7 minutes from Chedraui xoxo, Domino's pizza, excellent place if you come or are on your way to Puerto Escondido as it is on the way to take the highway, it has a deep well so we do not have water problems.

The check-in was smooth and well organized via Whats App messaging. The loft/townhouse was modern, clean, and came with a well stocked welcome package of goodies :-) As noted in the amenities, there's no AC. The windows and sliding door provide ample airflow. However, the sliding door does not have a screen, which could be an issue during the bug season. It's around a 10-minute walk to the main part of San Bartolo Coyotepec, but there's a really nice restaurant and convenience store within 2 minutes.

I highly recommend Luis's hotelito. The room is very comfortable and complete. The common areas are nice and nice. It is up to the stairs of the fort then you have to walk it but it is totally worth it. It gives the feeling of being on the mountain and at the same time the temple of Santo Domingo is about a 10-15 min walk. When I return to Oaxaca I will booke again here.

Everything was perfect with the stay on our first time in this area! Alma is very kind! The only thing I would recommend to the host, as a host myself, is more air conditioning in the house. One fan is not enough for the whole house, as it is very large! If they included a few more fans it would be perfect! And we'll be back for sure! Thank you so much!
