Vacation rentals with beach access in San José Province

This is a perfect location to visit the park as well as the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and receptive to some special requests. This is a great place to stay and also the bed, sheets, and pillows were fantastic. So cozy!

Alexander and Maria were so sweet. They were responsive and there for us. The place looks exactly like the pictures, rooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. We could not find the hair dryer and when we brought it up to the host, they immediately went out to buy us a new hair dryer on the same day, which touched us deeply. The extra attention made us feel heard and cared for. They also cleaneed the outside of our apartment while we were there, which was extra appreciated considering we would come home with a lot of sand from the beach. Overall, great hosts. Location is a little remote, but the gated garage made us feel safer.

Nina’s apartment was as advertised! We didn’t love Bejuco itself (too hot for us) and we found the security of the place (while appreciated) a little inaccessible. The location wasn’t what we were looking for but Nina’s place was nice. It had eve thing you could ask for and being on the beach is always a great. Clearly an older building that could use some love but the place was mostly clean!

Really unique stay - group of apartments surrounding a common bar/pool area on a hillside in Quepos. More like a hotel than an air bnb. Initially we were panicked by the steep drive and seemingly isolated location, but actually it is within walking distance of the marina, quepos town and the farmers market. The nature of manuel Antonio means transport is necessary to get around so ensure you have a car or are happy to get taxis/buses. The views are fabulous and we saw so much wildlife from our balcony. The family, Saul and sandy were all so welcoming and helpful, gave us good food recommendations and provided a taxi service. Marta organised a guide for Manuel Antonio and Henry was fantastic, we had an amazing day with him. We didn’t have any food here but the cocktails were 10/10.

We enjoyed our time here a lot! The view from the rental is beautiful. We saw macaws, monkeys, and lots of other birds and lizards! The kitchen was well-stocked, bathroom was clean, and living space was comfortable. It was also very simple to take a walk down the hill to the beaches (though the climb back up is a bit of a hike)! Note that the bed is a queen size. There was some confusion about that, but otherwise everything was great!

Very nice place to stay just 15-20 minutes' walk from the beach or national park. It has everything you need, on the balcony you can relax very well and watch the birds and hummingbirds. We mostly had the pool to ourselves. The nearby restaurant is also highly recommended

The hostess is very friendly and communicative. A beautiful place, a great view of the sea, very tidy, clean, very quiet, beautiful nature.

Beautiful accommodation with a great location. The pool is large, the house is quite comfortable and everything is impeccable. Cindy was an excellent host, very kind at all times. Super recommended.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family of four. The beach club is close and the pool bar is really good. The beach is not suitable for swimming due to the strong current. But there are great surf spots.

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

First, thank doña Viviana for the attention; she is a super attentive person. The house was beautiful; the description and photos matched. I hope to return soon.

Vivi and Jorge were wonderful at making sure that we had everything we needed. Midweek, they came through to exchange towels and take out the trash. The location at the beach was so beautiful. We were able to swim in the ocean every day when the tide was low we were able to walk into town, there were trinkets to buy and great restaurants in Dominical. There were beautiful birds around the place, and it was very easy for us to go both north and south along the coast with a rented car. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Biesanz! The views from the upper terrace are unbeatable, and the meticulously manicured yard is packed with wildlife, obviating the need to visit the overcrowded national park. Sarah is a super helpful and responsive host. We will definitely be back.

Our group of 8 had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lara's home in Costa Rica. The house was exactly as described - immaculately clean and extremely comfortable for our entire party. Every amenity promised in the listing was available and in perfect working order. Lara was an exceptional host from start to finish. Her communication was prompt, friendly, and thorough - she patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel completely at ease. The true highlight was the beautiful backyard where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying nature. The sight of colorful macaws flying freely among the trees created a magical atmosphere that none of us will soon forget. These stunning birds would visit throughout the day, adding an authentic Costa Rican wildlife experience right on the property. The entire stay was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating - exactly what we were hoping for. Without question, we plan to return next year.

Simply spectacular, a super comfortable house, excellent location, the pool is too beautiful, just to spend time with family or as a couple, highly recommended. 10/10. Henry was too attentive to any need. We will definitely be back.

It delivers what it promises! It is a very spacious apartment, comfortable for 4 or 5 people (there were 2 of us and we had plenty of space). The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need to cook and store your food. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. Having a private pool adds a lot of points too. Just to add that the day they came to clean the pool, they also cleaned the kitchen, the room and changed the towels. That's really appreciated. As for the location, it is very close to the national park (within walking distance) and some bars and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience :)

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Great location for going to the beach. Pool area very nice. Local shops close by for eating and shopping. Place was spacious and full kitchen was convenient to have. Overall great time. Thanks Leo.

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. We'll return if possible, and I recommend it to other users.

We had an amazing stay at Susana's place. The accommodation is super nice with a splendid view of the beach. We had all the necessary facilities. Beautiful terrace for our meals. The site was quiet, with a beautiful large beach. We took some nice big steps. The sea and pool water were warm and we enjoyed it very much. Finally, Susana answered all of our questions. If you are without transport the bus system is more or less reliable. It's hard to know what time the bus passes. However, there is a bus stop right across from the site. Thanks for everything.

I found Carrie & Taylor's place and wasn't sure which part of town this was around in Costa Rica. Turns out Bejuco is right in the middle of everything. it's the PERFECT spot to stay. I've been to Costa Rica three times so far and Carrie & Taylor's place has been my favorite. We witnessed Macaws, Sloths, Iguanas, and much more. The condos are very quiet and peaceful. This is NOT a party area, but it is an area to have a great time with your family or friends. You have the perfect beach front view and short walk to it. There's also a pool in case you don't want to swim in the beach-You can go right out of the condos and visit Parrita or go left and visit Jaco. I was so impressed with our condo's location. On top of the location, the condo was spic and span! Super clean and set up so cute! I don't have enough nice things to say about Carrie and Taylor. If I had any questions at all they answered me immediately! Definitely worth the stay!

Very spacious apartment in a very safe condominium. Excellent location, a five-minute walk to the beach. Close to places to go to eat by car, although it is not necessary because the apartment is very well equipped for cooking. As an extra, it has very useful beach implements to have a better time at the beach or in the pool. We would definitely come back. The bottle of wine was an extra nice touch.
