Incredible house with grill and very cozy, ideal to share alone or in company. The house was lovingly dressed, furnished and equipped so that our guests feel comfortable and safe. It is located in a comfortable and central area of Querétaro, near the most important roads of the city, industrial areas, shopping centers and restaurants, as well as, you can find shops, supermarkets, plazas, pharmacies, gas stations, schools at street level. , parks, etc.

The apartment is very nice, is looks as the pics. The complex is nice I didn’t use the amenities but they looked nice, the front gate people is very nice. Eduardo help us a lot with the check in and all the staying if I have to come back to Queretaro for sure I’ll stay there again.

La estancia estuvo super agusto, todo muy limpio, ordenado, igual a las fotos, te sentias como en casa, Carla super atenta y muy amable, las amenidades 10/10, los accesos tambien, es una zona muy práctica, esta cerca de tiendas y justo en la entrada del desarrollo Zibata, volveriamos a hospedarnos sin duda!! nos encanto y recomiendo a mis amistades.

Gabriel and Rosa are amazing hosts, responsive and proactive. This property is exactly like the photos. Everything was VERY clean. The home is a "smart" home with voice command lighting and a smart lock for the door. No need for a garrafon, as there is a filtration system for drinking water. The privada is quiet and safe with gate entry and it is well maintained. It is within easy walking distance to several small businesses, pharmacies, restaurants, HEB, and a public bus stop. An Uber to Centro is about 90 to 100 pesos. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay, including extra blankets, fans, and lots of cookware. I can highly recommend this listing and our hosts to future guests. Thank you for a great stay!

El lugar estaba muy bien ubicado, acudí a un evento que tuvo lugar en la Anáhuac y llegué en 5 minutos (en coche, claro) pero fácilmente podría haber llegado caminando. La zona es muy tranquila y súper bonita, hay muchas cosas cerca como plazas donde se puede pasar el tiempo. En cuanto al lugar, los acabados del departamento son muy bonitos, las camas están suaves y tienen cobijas por si llega a bajar la temperatura, hay agua caliente y sale con mucha presión. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí, Srch es una persona muy amable y siempre atento a sus huéspedes!
