The accommodation was impeccable, since we arrived it was the same as the photos shown, close to the Santa Isabel metro, ideal to combine with other lines to travel around Santiago, close to the Italia neighborhood and supermarkets, excellent communication with Victoria, always attentive to everything and very kind, I would definitely come back

It was an excellent experience to stay at Juan's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very organized, it had everything you need to make our stay a wonderful experience. We traveled as a family, with our dogs included, and we had a great time! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which we appreciated, and Juan was always very attentive to our needs. Ignacio and his mother Christa were very helpful and attentive. The house has great facilities, and the shower deserves a special highlight, it's wonderful, and it makes a big difference in such a cold place. The location is great for those who want rest and a beautiful landscape, while at the same time it is close to San Alfonso (with more options to trade). I recommend and we will certainly return.
