I had some trouble finding the location, but this had more to do with the fact that it was a race weekend and traffic was horrendous. Tony was very responsive to calls, texts and we also ran into him frequently around town. Beds, bathroom, and seating areas were all comfortable. Appreciated having a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. We were able to walk to get something to eat and could lock our car in the gated area of the home. We had fantastic weather so didn't have to turn on the AC unit. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet apartment and convenient for walking to the beach and most of the places in town we wanted to go. Luis was easy to deal with and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

The apartment is small but cozy. It has the amenities mentioned in the publication, although the apartment I booked was different from the one I was assigned in the end. It has a stove and some kitchen utensils, but it needed a lighter and filters for the coffee maker, it would also be very nice if they included a water pitcher. The weather was really nice so it wasn't necessary to use the air conditioning, but it works very well for warmer days. The bed is very comfortable and a good size. Self check-in is always a nice touch.

I had a great stay at this place. It’s very private and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We experienced a power outage at night, but the host was extremely helpful and promptly arranged for us to move to a hotel. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a tranquil retreat. Este lugar es genial,súper privado y tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. Tuvimos un corte de luz en la noche, pero el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos llevó a un hotel de inmediato. Lo recomiendo mucho si buscas un lugar para desconectar.

I had a great time staying at this location. Everything was clean, and the condo felt like home. Beautiful views, privacy, gated security and close to restaurants. It also had access to private pool and beach. Definitely will stay again in the future.

I don’t think you could find a nicer place to stay in San Felipe. Spotless, considerate hosts and housekeepers, fluffy towels, plenty of soaps and thoughtful amenities like bottled water and cotton swabs in the bathroom. Other places in the area don’t compare. Luis was most attentive and helpful, highly recommend. 👌🏻👌🏻🏖️

David was an excellent host, the room was very nice and clean. In the morning they made breakfast which was delicious! I highly recommend this place
