Vacation rentals with a patio in San Clemente

The house was very nice, tidy and clean, The hosts welcomed us and were very attentive, the pool was impeccable and the green areas very well maintained, the beach is very close, a few minutes walk away. The house is very safe and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I'm sure we'll be back and recommend it to friends and family.

It is a beach house as indicated, very good location and with a very friendly and respectful host. Large rooms, full kitchen and a very quiet atmosphere. On the beach. Perfect location. Highly recommended

In General the house is very nice, clean and as it is in the photographs...the place has certain rules to comply but it is in Pro of respect to the people who are also enjoying the amenities of the condominium (nothing that is not difficult to comply) Natalia at all times was attentive to any questions I wrote to her and above all a very good host. The only thing I can observe is that they should change some minor artifacts in the kitchen for a better stay (blender, coffee maker and maybe some sharp knives) The excellent pool to enjoy with the family, the grill also excellent. The security of the condominium is excellent. Rating 9.5 of 10

The house is just as it appears in the photos. Very nice and comfortable The condo has all the necessary amenities. There is a very good winery and a good restaurant less than a 5-minute drive away (at the exit of the Panamericana and entrance to the road that leads to the condominium). The sea is very calm and the beach is open and with enough space to be comfortable. In short, an ideal place to rest and enjoy with the family. Monica was an excellent host. He responded immediately and very kindly.

We had a great time. The place was excellent. It had everything one might need. The pool is just the right size and clean. We loved it and, of course, we're already thinking about coming back with a larger group of friends.

Estefania's place is beautiful, clean and well worth the money. Estefania was very accommodating when our tour ran late and we were able to collect keys from the front gate. The only issue we had was that we were travelling as a group of couples and singles, and we specifically booked the accommodation as it was listed as having 6 rooms. This would have allowed the couples in the group to have a little bit of privacy. On arrival we found that the service room (4 singles) was locked and had not been prepared. Although a note was included in after check in instruction leaflet about telling the room layout so it can be prepared, this was slightly lost in translation (our collective Spanish wasn't great). The host didn't query this with us directly. Estefania did address this the following day, and the service room was opened up. My only recommendation is that it is made clear on the listing that the service room will only be prepared upon request.
