Excellent location for events at the Movistar, O'Higgins Park. In my case it was super practical, near the Brazil neighborhood and historic center of Santiago. A quiet neighborhood, and a supermarket two blocks away. Recommended, quick and easy communication with the owner.

Beautiful apartment, as described. The view of the Cordillera and Cerro San Cristóbal is exceptional. Very residential and accessible area. Boris was very flexible with the check-out, for which we were very grateful. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights and I must say it was an excellent experience. The house is very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable and quiet stay. We loved the vegetation of the place, which provides a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for resting after touring Santiago. The location is unbeatable: in a very safe residential neighborhood and steps away from the metro, supermarkets, pharmacies and other services. Despite being so well connected, it is surprisingly quiet, thanks to its thermopanel windows. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was always clear and friendly. Definitely a place we would return to and that we totally recommend to anyone looking for comfort, a good location and tranquility in Santiago. Finally, I'd like to mention that they allowed us to leave our luggage earlier so that we could tour the city for the necessary time before checking in at the appropriate time.

The house met all our expectations, it is second time that we stayed, and we will definitely come back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and green areas very well cared for.

Far the best place we have stayed in Santiago, the cleanliness and nature of the place is great. It has all the amenities and a first class cleanliness. PS: The master room is a luxury, a suite with a private bathroom, walking closet and view of Santiago by the window is spectacular.

Sebastian’s place is centrally located. Must-see Santiago’s spots are within walking distance. Supermarket and pharmacy are just around the corner. Check-in was smooth and easy. The place is comfortable for my family, 2 adults and a 10-year old. It is also well equipped. Sebastian is attentive and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.

Felipe's place is amazing. The view from the balcony and roof terrace is spectacular and the neighbourhood of Providencia is very safe. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. I would return here if I come back to Santiago
