The magical of the Great Gods on Samothrace and in green will find a quiet and luxurious place to enjoy holiday A special feature of the island is its wild natural beauty. The mountainous mountains, the rich flora and fauna, the crystal waters, the impressive waterfalls and the springs, the deep blue plains that reach the sea and the deserted beaches with caves where the seals find shelter make up a scene of infinite beauty and at the same time mysterious.
“If we could summarize our stay it would be with the following words: cicadas, absolute calm, cleanliness, warmth and strategic location! The rental is located between the port of Kamariotissa and the sanctuary of the Great Gods (majestic) in a very convenient place to go to the main directions: the capital (very picturesque), waterfalls and thermal baths (unique landscapes) and the southern part from the island we loved. Being very close to the port but without being next (2,5 klm), you have all the shops in proximity while being preserved from the visitors who arrive and who leave. The Bungalows are located in an oasis of plane trees where the cicadas will rock you all day. You will have total autonomy from other tenants (you will never hear or meet them, if you wish). These are spacious studios, very clean and well equipped (we even found a variety of spices for cooking as well as many other details that make you have nothing to worry about). Marianna welcomed us with incredible hospitality and became a friend no doubt. We did not have the chance to meet Stathis but it will definitely be for next time. Samothrace is a virgin island of rare beauty and energy. Marianna and Stathis, a big thank you for your "Philoxenia" (hospitality) and see you soon!”

“I will never forget the little paradise of Debb! If you stay there, you renovate your energies, you fill the magic power of the island and the freedom that springs from it. The easy and very accessible dusty road that brings you there (as everywhere in Samothraki), passes through a marvelous and enchanted valley of olive trees; the fact that there is a dusty road preserves this paradise, it is a guarantee of authenticity and beautiful silent isolation and protection for the foreign: in Debb's kingdom it is possible to forget the time, the calendar, the anxieties of everyday life, it is a place for love, meditation, diving in the energies of the nature. The 2 cottages are made in ancient stones, plenty of nice corners, objects and decorations in wood of the island: there is also a beautiful chimney for the winter ! Despina is an amazing host, a real Calypso, an architect of the heart, that welcomes you in a very gentle way in her nest and guides the visitor through the powerful sides of the island. She has a lot of attentions, you discover them through a lot of little details disseminated all around her property: some hammocks under the stars between the olive trees, a shower under a tree in the plain air, a branch of wild oregano that spread its flavour, some fruits waiting for your bite, and more, more. More you stay and better it is. To return and return back. Lovely, amazing, inspiring!”

“Marianna couldn't be a more accommodating, patient, generous host. As her place was booked the night I arrived on Samothraki, she helped me not only find another place to stay but also transport my things to her sweet stone cottage. It was clean and well-cared for: a private, plant-surrounded nook to eat outside and hang laundry; a stone kitchen; living room with a day bed; and down the little stairs to the ground floor, a bedroom and bathroom. It's an amazing location for exploring Chora--steps from the square, restaurants, bars, the bakery, the castle, a basic food market--and the whole island. Marianna was kind enough to draw a little map with the best tavernas and swimming spots. I was grateful to her and hope to be back!”
