It can accommodate 4 people and is perfect for families and friends to enjoy a vacation together (there are 2 semi-double beds, and 2 children can sleep together). Feel the ocean breeze, enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor deck, and relax in a barrel sauna and jacuzzi under the stars. You can access the sandy beach in 2 minutes on foot, and enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing at local surf spots. There are many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The barrel sauna and jacuzzi bath can be enjoyed to your heart's content when rented privately! You can also easily rent it. The barrel sauna is 5,000 yen per group and includes unlimited use during your stay, and the BBQ set is also 5,000 yen per group. Please let us know if you'd like to use it We also recommend the Taiyo-no-Sato spa resort, where you can enjoy a natural hot spring (black water), a stone sauna, and multiple saunas within walking distance. There is also a rooftop pool in the summer. It is in a good location just off the interchange of the toll road, about 1 hour and half from Tokyo. It is a 10-minute drive to Ichinomiya, famous as a surf spot, and close to Higashiuraumi.

Old house/A trip to the good old days of Katsuura/Fishing spot/Near the beach

This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a dried fish shop. It is a long row house with a very unique construction. There are inconveniences everywhere, such as the tatami mat just outside the entrance, the strangely small living room, the steep stairs, and the slightly sloping second floor. We've self-renovated it to make it more comfortable while still retaining the atmosphere of that time. * Rest assured, the electrical work was done by a professional. The location of the accommodation is just behind Katsuura Asaichi-dori Street, and is in a good location because it is along the shopping district. It's close to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing. In the morning, you can buy fresh vegetables and dried goods at the morning market, take a break at a locally famous coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or bathe at Matsu-no-Yu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture! There are also various reasonably priced bars with good atmospheres nearby. Try Katsuura Tantanmen too! 7-minute walk to Katsuura Chuo Beach. The nearest supermarket is "Veisia", 4 minutes by car. We renovated an old house that my grandmother used to live in, as much as we could by ourselves. Kujukuri Beach, which spreads out as soon as you walk, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and spent time together for many years. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed optical Wi-Fi and a sauna, it's a space where families, couples, and friends can relax. One of the charming things about this house is that cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea.
