We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

We had a great stay. Our car did not fit in the parking area of the house since it's big but good thing there's a basketball court 20 steps away from the house so we parked it there. thank you ma'am Mercy.

We loved our time at Victorias house its a very warm and charming house with large floorplan and tasteful decor that makes it feel like your own home during your stay... We arrived to lit candles which was highly appreciated by my girlfriend... There was also fresh cut tropical plants in vases throughout the house... Kitchen is highly stocked for those who love to cook... Linens also fully stocked with all your needs... Victoria was a pleasure to be around and she became quick friends with my girlfriend... we will be staying with her next time we are in Davao... Highly recommend... 5 stars *****

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

The place is perfect for a whole family or barkada stay. Spacious and almost everything there. With free and unlimited purified drinking water. Will certainly book again when our family returns to Davao City.

Our recent beach staycation was nothing short of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we are picked-up by Kuya Dhoods from isla reta to mansud up until we saw the resort, it was beautiful. The place is so spacious and had a lot of beds. The accommodations were an island vibe and relaxed, with a private infinity pool. We played and vibe also in afternoon in the beach area, tried swaki though it was an exercise for us since we need to take the stairs going down and going up hahaha The service was also great, their staffs is so handful, they helped us on almost everything washing the dishes, cooked our rice, buy things in the store etc. Though had a problem on picking us up going back to the port, well their car tire suddenly broke yet they still compensated our tricycle fees. We had a great stay even though our request to check in is abrupt the host managed the situation well. The place is very nice, the aesthetics is super pleasing in the eye, it's clean, kitchenware is complete, aircon is functional, and the host is kind and accommodating. 10/10 from us! we will definitely come back :)

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.

This place is such a hidden gem that I'm extending my stay. The internet is fast and reliable especially for me who connects through Ethernet for professional reasons. The room is on a quiet side and you can see the adjacent Abreeza Mall on the right side. Floor 9 has a gym and a pool. Abreeza Mall is literally the next building, so it's less than 3 minutes to arrive there. The staff in the building is very friendly. The room looks modern, and the host arranged for paid weekly full cleaning. The bed is firm and new, and good to help with back pain. The heat of the shower is above mild which was acceptable. The Air Con is good to make the space feel fresh. And all delivery whether from Grab or Lazada found the place easily, and there is a designated area for them to leave their deliveries next to the reception. Truly a peaceful modern well decorated space that is worth the money.
