We will return with certainty.

This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

The pool is very big and the neighborhood is very quiet.This is a quiet area, a few friends came to play together, the house is very well decorated and very comfortable to live in, the host is also very nice, 24-hour message reply.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It was even better than the pictures show. The entire property is stunning – the pool, the rooms, the comfortable beds, and the beautiful surroundings are simply perfect. What impressed us the most was the warmth of the staff: always friendly, helpful, and attentive. We truly felt at home here!

We found this place very nice and conveniently located. Nam was responsive when needed. This place is located in the middle of Bangkok, so people who are sensitive to noise, take traffic jams.

A perfect stay! The apartment has an amazing view. It is well furnished and decorated with some nice art. The location was perfect just 2 min walk from the MRT station. The Host was very helpful, and was always available.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Very beautiful place. Just a little bit away from the city but if you are looking for a family time with great space , best residential location. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This is a great place to stay if you want a cozy place, great internet and TV, 7-11 nearby and want to cook your own food. The host was responsive and very helpful. 9/10

Good clean and modern designed house. Kitchen and main living space is great. Would be smart to have prearranged transportation or have your own car. Side street can be a bit noisy with the amount of motorbikes zipping up and down it throughout the night.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was welcomed not just as a guest, but as part of her family. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made my stay incredibly special. The house itself is charming, clean, and full of character—peaceful, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that show how much love she puts into the space. Every corner of the home reflects her beautiful spirit. It was the perfect place to unwind and feel at home away from home. Sister Piya went above and beyond in every way—her hospitality is something I will always remember. Thank you for opening your heart and home to me. We the family of 7 stayed at Tar’s place for 5 nights. Tar was very helpful, proactive and responsive to our requests. We booked a minivan for drop offPuck up from the airport at a very reasonable price. We booked a nice minibus with a driver for the site seeing in Bangkok and Pattaya. It was very good experience. Tar scheduled pur visits which was very helpful for the new to Bangkok. The place was very good for the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will recommend to our friends and would definitely stay at Tar’s place for future visits to Bangkok.

Good overall experience despite the incessant noise of traffic in direct proximity to the house.

The listing is in a very convenient location near Ratchathewi station, and also right by plenty of good cafes and massage spots. Also a short walk down to Platinum mall. The house itself was very spacious and clean. Aircon was sufficiently cold especially after returning from the blazing Bangkok heat. Each of the 3 rooms had a King-sized bed as promised, and very comfy ones at that. Aim was very prompt in replying to our messages and queries! They're an amazing host. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Paisan was incredibly kind and welcoming. In the afternoon heat in Bangkok, he waited for us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the house, and even offered us a refreshing welcome drink. The house itself is beautiful—tastefully decorated, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great stay, great location.

Space used to be an antique shop and after converting the 5th floor to a three-bedroom flat, with elevator, many of the antiques were put in the flat. Every room had antique furniture and porcelain.

The house was bang for the buck and Jett and Patty were very responsive hosts and accommodating. We had a request at the last minute and they provided great flexibility by allowing our request. The place was clean as well as we were all able to comfortable walk barefoot on the rooms and bathrooms. Do manage your expectations though as Bangkok weather can get really hot and since the dining and kitchenette area is not air conditioned, that might pose a problem for some. The restaurants and massage shop by the main road were really good. Mango sticky rice on Mae restaurant and the Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee restaurant (blue logo for the restaurant -- really good crab omelette!) near 7eleven were standouts. Bangkok hot/tourist spots were either walkable or Bolt/Grab-able. Overall, we would stay here again and can recommend to anyone looking for a local vibe as their base in Bangkok.

Big and beautifully organised and comfortable house. Has everything you need and more . Close to the bts and 7-11. Food Market during the weekday day time outside. Jojo was great . We had a couple of things to resolve and Jojo went out of his way to get them sorted immediately(even on the National holiday . Can’t thank Jojo enough for his hospitality

I loved it here. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city (about 30-40 mins depending where you want to go and traffic), to relax and do nothing for a few days and this was it. Right by the canal with a terrace where you can enjoy the the day as it gets cooler into the night. I loved it here. I will most definitely come back again when I need peace and quiet.
