Catherine’s place was great! There was everything you could think of for a great stay, toys for kids, pool toys, cutlery for kids. It was a short drive from the restaurant and the beach.

Great open plan & spacious home! The master bedroom particularly stands out! The estate is great with a variety of places to eat and explore. Appreciated the facilities as we had a toddler so this made life a lot easier.

Spectacular, from the location, the views, the beach access, space, and amenities, this place is heaven for those looking for a quiet, private breakaway to a pristine area just off the M4. Also close enough to Ballito for shopping. The house is perfect for families wanting to relax and enjoy the view, and really does have all you need. Debra was also an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

This was an absolutely awesome house to stay in. The reason being, it was a home. With all the amenities for a superb stay. The garden and pool area is simply a sight to behold. Susans attention to detail and her ability to guage what we required, her openness, flexibility and kindness was something we were not expecting. This made our stay extraordinary. Rene was a suburb host, checked in to make sure we got there save and if we needed anything. Her home is beautifully decorated and clean, we felt right at home. It is walking distance to the beach. We had a fantastic time, if you dont want a beach day, the inviting pool is a great pleace to relax.

Well appointed, comfortable unit with lots of space and light. Located right on the beach with easy access to the promenade for walking. Lovely, spacious patio with 180 degree views of the ocean. Kitchen is modern with all appliances. Thank you, we enjoyed our relaxing stay.

great location, clean and well serviced, very secure with boom gate security and entrance staff. there are some items that need maintenance in the apartment, like ligh bulbs, light switches etc.. but didn't impact us much. recomend it for an Umhlanga stay.

A lovely place to stay, such a well thought out space with absolutely nothing lacking, I’m taking a couple of tips home on the kitchen setup and how thoughtfully it was designed. Such a perfect stay, I just wish it was longer!

We love Jess’ cabana - we have stayed there twice now and hope to come back again. It is an amazingly beautiful flat in a fantastic sea side location with glorious views of the ocean from every room.

Great stay at Luke's apartment - really easy access across the road to the public beach for tidal pools and swimming. We didn't use the swimming pool but that seemed in good condition too. Large main bedroom with ample storage (and a fan we were very grateful for!), the second bedroom was also suitable for our needs (two adults) and had cupboard storage too. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, we did not find any basics like oil and salt/pepper which meant getting our own - though this wasn't a problem. We made use of the aircon in the living room, really great extra to have on humid days. We loved the outdoor area too, semi-private with people walking past every now and again for the pool or beach access. Overall would definitely stay again - thanks for the hospitality :)

Stunning location. No need to use your car to go to the restaurants, shops or even the beach. The apartment itself is just as stunning, with beautiful views.

We had an amazing stay at this gem on the Dolphin Coast! The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located—just steps from the beach and tidal pool. The sea views are breathtaking, and we loved spending time on the verandah overlooking Chakas Rock. It’s ideal for a couple or small family, with everything you need for a relaxing, self-catering holiday. The complex is safe and quiet, with restaurants just around the corner. Highly recommended for a coastal getaway!

Beautiful place if you want peace , also enjoyed the ‘homie’ feel in the house. Enjoyed sitting on the Balcony watching the night sky and watching the sunrise in the morning.

What a beautiful spot! From the moment you arrive you feel as though you can exhale. Stunning place, beautiful furniture linen and every amenity. Special touches like great coffee, milk in the fridge and just all round welcoming space. Oh but the views of the ocean!! Wow! Literally a few steps away with direct beach access and access to the promenade with its host of beautiful restaurants and close proximity to shopping etc. You can’t get better value for money in such a beautiful space and location than this spot in Umhlanga! Oh and the host was the cherry on top. Warm, helpful, responsive. I will be booking again! That’s for sure. 🔥🔥🔥

The place is definitely aesthetically pleasing, from the kitchenette to the bedroom and the bathroom, definitely felt at home and comfortable. No problems what so ever. Not forgetting the stunning ocean view, just beautiful and peaceful. Loved every bit of the place.

I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is perfect for a small family trip. The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and even has a washer/dryer. It is just steps from the beach/boardwalk, and the host provides helpful items like beach towels and beach chairs. Just note that it’s on the top floor of the building, so pack accordingly since you’ll need to carry your bags. Loren is an excellent host, fully responsive, and so very helpful. There are multiple beachside restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the building, and lots of rock pools and safe swimming areas along the beach. If you are looking to stay in Ballito, this is the place.

Sharmaine is an absolutely aŵesome host. Her apartment is a gem. It had everything we needed with all the comforts of home. Sharmaine went that extra mile with everything even provided us with snacks. She communicated with us from day one even when we left to ensure we are okay. This is without a doubt one of thee best places in the North Coast. Thank you Sharmaine for an unforgettable stay.
